Horrible. I couldn't get anyone to the register for like 5 minutes while the employees were on their phones as someone who works food service, it's trash. Super unhelpful and unwilling to even try to fix issues with anything. Don't waste your time and money.

This is my first review, so u can tell just how bad this pissed me off. It took me 30 minutes to order and get my food. There were no other people in line and the workers seemed annoyed that I was even waiting and didn’t just leave. Who ever is working Wednesday’s at 7:30 p.m. needs to be fired. The floor was a mess and I was met with nothing but agitated looks. MY FOOD WAS BURNED TOO. I’m getting more mad writing this. Please fix these issues cause this honestly made me dislike Jack-In-The-Box as a whole brand.

I went to the drive- thru order (1) double bonus burger meal, (1) 1 triple bonus meal and #8 8 piece nugget meal. Pulled up to the window no hello. I'm not worried the approach. More want to know. Why has a customer watching the prepare my in the window. The first bgr. Came out was double, I notice the lady at the window. Look at the screen place the order to the side to wait for the remaining food. Then a another lady comes up. Leave the previous bag on the side grabs the Fresh triple burger place in bag / fries, bring to the window. Then she gives me the bag and said waiting on the remaining food. As soon as she walks back to the food bar the nuggets came up. She bag those items bring to me, while the whole time the first burger that was placed on the side was still waiting to be brought out. Once she gave me the nuggets order.She told me waiting your double. Then process to go straight to previous burger 🍔 bag . Which meaning my double burger is now cold. I over heard the lady asking were my order the last of the small patty. The cook said yes. My complete meal is now cold. Get back to my office to wasn't able to eat , because the burger looked old.

I was told that they only allow online orders after 10:00 even though the website says 24hrs. It's a group of lazy kids that just want to collect hourly and not do anything
Service was awful, woman said no words and was very rude. Then after bad experience there got home and was eating my burger to find a bug in it. I can gladly say i won’t be returning.

Probably the worst experience at a Jack in the Box I ever had. The food was not presented well. The burrito fell apart. They were out of iced coffee. The tea was not made. They were down to the last two bags of curly fries in the entire restaurant per staff. They ran out of OJ. They were clearly understaffed and stressed. The staff was trying to be helpful, but they clearly needed to be better managed.
