Firstly, I have never been to Jack-in-the-Box before so I didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere here is one of a standard Drive-thru far for restaurant, 2 booths, 6-8 standalone tables with bar stool seating and a place to order your food.Now for the MEAT if the situation:I have only ever had 2 things from JITB and they were the Sourdough Jack. TWICEThey cooked it fresh, cheese was melty, the sourdough bun was crisply toasted, cold fresh tomatoes, and the patty was incredible. So I ordered another one.If I had 10 stars to rate a sammich, this one would be an 11.The whole burger was under $6 too!Highly recommended.

This is the third time that this place had to give me a refund because my order was incorrect. They rarely have the full menu and the service is always slow.

Went through drive through. Not the young man's fault taking the order buttt they had no salad options that were on the menu and no bowls. No egg rolls and the onion rings were burnt!!!
Staff was amazing, customer service was great, would recommend the chicken sandwiches!

So, you pull up here and there's only a 50/50 chance someone is going to take your order, or if they are just absent, // "system down." And then if you can even get service from someone, there's a 75% chance they will be "out of" whatever you want.It's disappointing because the food is good when it's done well, service when available is usually nice.But I wouldn't hold ya breath or waste ya dime
How is this place still open? The last two times I try to go there they say there in shift change. The cashier just told me "sorry were in shift change" I asked okay how long she said "come back later" it's funny bc it's just like so poorly run with the rudest customer service. They should just change the restraint to Dicks

Today marks a sad day. At the Highland Road close to Chimes I tried ordering breakfast like always and after waiting for someone to greet me for several minutes I was told by the worker that they were no longer open 24hrs and wouldn't serve food (even through the drive thru);until 10am to 2am. I guess we'll find a new breakfast place. ?Having been raised in Texas many years ago I grew up with Jack in the box and always enjoyed them being open 24hrs. Sad day. I thought being closed at lunchtime on many occasions saying it was "shift change" was bad enough. Sad day indeed.

The food was cold. Some of the food was a little lukewarm. The prices were good. Some of the staff was friendly. One of the staff members was a little rude. Hopefully they were just new employees learning how to get things done in the store.
