I ordered food with Uber eats and was missing several items. I tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer the phone so I came all the way to the store and even though it’s supposedly 24 hours no one is answering the drive thru speaker, no one would come to the drive thru window, and the doors are locked, there is a strung out homeless man wearing only shorts and not even shoes, squatting on his knees by the drive thru window smoking weed and asking people for money. Idk what all he is on but weed wouldn’t have him strung out the way his is, but i actually only drove away from the drive thru window because there was so much pot smoke pouring into the car that i was concerned my daughter was inhaling it too much. Now, I’m standing here looking in the front window to the kitchen and no one is inside unless they are just ignoring myself and the other 3 cars that tried to come through the drive thru just in the last 10 minutes. If you lost sales on 3 cars in 10 minutes, imagine the amount you’re losing all night and from losing customers who don’t return due poor service. Now I have to go somewhere else to buy my kids food to replace what was left off my order here… as I was finishing this review a male worker came out the restroom and looked at me. I signaled I was going to go back through the drive thru to speak with him but there was another car waiting to place an order when I tried to go back through. That car waited at the order screen for a very very long time before giving up and pulling to the window where they honked at them and still didn’t get service. It took a long time before the male came into view and gave me a look like I was getting on his nerves then made the signal like cutting his throat to tell me they are closed then came and told me they are closed before getting another lady who looked at me, shook her head, and pinched her nose displaying her aggravation before coming and telling me they’re closed. Finally after dealing with them both having bad attitudes towards me and trying to refuse to serve me I finally got her to make the Oreo shake for my daughter at least. This was the worst experience with fast food I’ve ever had!

It’s time to shut this place down and get a new Fast Food restaurant in the area. In my opinion this place is unacceptable from my recent experience in the drive through lane. They we’re out of all drinks and only serving Diet Dr. Pepper & Diet Coke that they were pouring from 2 liter bottles into cups. My fries with my order were not fresh and should not have been sold to anyone cold and hard. The tomatoe was left off my burger and it was not made correctly. Same with another order a friend had in the same vehicle as me. Every time you get to the window and pay for your order they ask you to back all the way up behind the black pole until the order ready like they are cooking it fresh and then serve very cold or old food! I’m very disappointed in the training of the staff here and the overall upkeep of the establishment is beginning to seem run down. There are always nasty stray cats hanging by the drive through window. Do Not Eat or drink anything from here. Please spare yourself the dissatisfaction and disappointment.

The Cube's Munchie box was very good, except the taco. It may have been the location, but I would definitely recommend making JIB a stop to make in Baton Rouge, LA.
We stopped by Jack's on yesterday the lady said her name was Ms.Karen spoke to us very well very patient and explained everything about our food hey she's a keeper!!we will come back to this the location.

Extremely slow service on December 23, 2023 at 7:55PM. Was asked to drive up even when there was no one behind us just to bring the average wait times down. People aren’t stupid, we know that game. Person taking the order had an attitude and didn’t even know the combos. Poor management.
