I went to this place and ordered the catfish Bites I paid for my meal with a card because I had no cash on me. When I receive my plate I asked for tartar sauce. The woman told me that it would be a 50 Cent charge. I extended my car to her and she told me that they can’t take 50 Cent off my card. It has to be a five dollar purchase minimum after I’ve already paid for the meal. I just think this is horrible customer service I really think that they should reconsider how they do this and because of this issue my meal was horrible. I don’t understand why anybody would not give complementary tartar sauce with fish she would not budge. She refused to give me the tartar sauce.
I work hard for my money and this just totally destroyed my meal. I should have given it back and asked for a refund.

You have to stand outside to place an order! No indoor seating. Definitely not kid friendly. Limited parking. The food tastes okay. I would probably recommend the shrimp on a stick, maybe.

I hadn't been here in a while, but wanted a fish poboy combo. So why not stop here today. I pick up my food spend over $18 on a meal and you can't give any ketchup or tartar sauce for my food. I mean NONE?? I can see if I asked for extra but to actually want me to pay you for something that should've came with the meal will definitely stop me from returning. You all are disgusting at this point!!

We usually like the shrimp lomein, but tonight it smelled differently and had a bitter taste, almost like beer. We took it back, and they "remade" it. It still tasted the same, horrible. I'm not sure if they gave us the same noodles or the recipe has changed. Either way, we won't be ordering anymore.

Look, you get what you pay for. My suggestion is to order from Lin Garden or Jack's Seafood. Clearly this place is cheap for a reason. You can not base what you will get off of these pictures they have advertised. I got the 6 piece shrimp and 2 piece catfish with shrimp fried rice. The catfish was good but my fish was paper thin and 70% batter. The shrimp was a pretty decent size though. Now this shrimp fried rice is another story. The rice was dry, I only had 1 shrimp. I barely had any other ingredients. My suggestion is to order from Lin Garden or Jack's Seafood.
