This place is amazing! The food is authentic and the people very friendly! I am never disappointed in this place. They are always on time with flavor, and service! I would recommend something from them but EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!
Went the other day and the patties were really good. I’ve had better stew chicken, stewed beef and curried chicken. My brother order curry goat and it was great. Went back the next day to get my own, was told they were sold out. It was shortly after lunch. So I was like I’ll try the next day. Called at 11, was told they didn’t open til 12. Called back at 12, was told goat was not ready. Ready in ONE HOUR. Called back 1:15 was told goat was not ready. I waited in the area to get the food as I don’t live here, also pushed my workout back to wait til I ate. Poor communication, wasn’t apologetic for their mistakes. Will wait til I go back to Houston to eat Caribbean food where they communicate well and have their food ready on schedule.

If you are in the area stop by and enjoy some great cuisines! The food is delicious!Great taste and great variety!!Try the egg rolls!! They are so full of flavor!They have a special for each day of the week!Highly recommend! You can order anything from the menu and you will WIN!The servers are Super helpful and Amazing! There team work to together! We move seats twice and they were so patient with us!They serve you a large portion of, you will have enough to last for another meal !I cannot stop recommending the Egg rolls! They are so tasty! I wish I had some today?We also enjoyed the stuff potatoes and oxtails and cabbage ! Oh yes the desert! We ate 3 of the cream cakes and one of the rum cakes. Also they their international juice ! It was a winner! The pineapple ginger! If you like ginger! We are ginger lovers! It was sooo good!Go enjoy yourself at this restaurant! It’s worth the time!

As newbies to the menu, she patiently guided us through the options, offering helpful suggestions. Thanks to her, we went for the jerk chicken egg rolls for starters, a perfect choice! Crispy, flavorful, and packed with jerk goodness. The trifecta of sauces on top was a flavor explosion, and I'd definitely order a side of that for dipping next time. Cocktails: The Jamaican cocktail was not too strong and the the pineapple notes hit just right. The jerk chicken was the star of the show, perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The rice and peas were cooked to perfection, soft and fluffy, and I second the suggestion to get extra jerk sauce on the side - it elevates the whole dish! Sweet & Spicy Wings: The tropical wings were another highlight. The initial sweetness was great, followed by a gentle kick that built smoothly. A true flavor adventure! Vibe: The atmosphere at Jamaican Vibes was just as fantastic as the food. The music and the overall vibe was relaxed and inviting. Where do I begin with this place. They're truly doing a fantastic job from top to bottom here. Let's start with the service. The owner (I'm blanking on his name despite having many conversations with him. Shame) is straight outta Jamaica, and giving all the good vibes you'd expect from a guy like that. The bartender, though I've never ordered any drinks from him, is a great dude and is chill and sociable. And the ladies and gentleman taking orders are also great. Knew the menu well and gave me recommendations while being very friendly. Now onto the food - this stuff is no joke. I've had the wings and the jerk chicken plate and they're both incredible with the perfect touch of sweet and spicy. Their cabbage is also very good. This has become my new Wednesday dinner spot because of the great specials and deals they run. I can leave out of there with a jerk chicken combo plate and wings for around $15. This place can be a little pricy if it's not Wednesday and they also can have a long wait time on busy nights. Normally, this would be reason to subtract a star from my review, but the great food and even greater people make this place a great experience worthy of 5 stars. Despite having to wait 30 mins for my order ONE time, I had no problem chopping it up with the owner and bartender to pass this time and look forward to doing it again in the future.
