The food and service is excellent. Shelley takes excellent care or her customers. She is always pleasant and helpful. I got the debris fries - it is am appetizer but can be a meal for two. It is absolutely delicious!! If you want something sweet to finish off your meal the Mississippi mud or bread pudding are both excellent and also shareable.

I work in the area and always order my lunch to go! Shelley, Rachel, and Lundyn always take good care of me! The food is amazing and I love seeing my lovely ladies at Jasmines. I’ve yet to try one thing on the menu that I didn’t like!

I attempted to place an order to go today for my office. When I called to ask what the lunch specials were, the blond haired manager huffed. As if my question was a bother. Then she proceeded to say you will have to look online, there are a lot. I called back to place the order. The same lady answered the phone. Again, she answered the phone as if i was disturbing her. I placed the order thinking maybe they were just busy or she was having a bad day. When arriving to pickup my order, I was greeted with the same horrible attitude. She stated its gonna be 20 minutes, its not instant. I waited for my order outside. When I went inside and asked to speak to the manager to complain I was told there is no one you can complain to. I have been dining here for over a decade. The service I got today is the reason I will not be back for awhile. Great food-horrible management and customer service. i cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere.

I come here quite often for takeout orders and I spend a good bit of money each time. I haven’t complained about this specific subject because EVERYONE is allowed to have a bad day. But today was my final straw. Firstly i had to call the store a total of 7 times before i got an answer when my call was answered “Shelley T.” had the NASTIEST attitude while taking my order my order was semi larger today and my total ended up being $106.87 while taking my order she kept asking “is that it!?” instead of “can i get you anything else?” and certain things i ordered i didn’t realize came with two sides instead of one when i asked she sighed extremely loud and said “yes…” with attitude .
I then came into the store to pick up my order and she NEVER greeted me or even made eye contact to let me know that she sees me. I also noticed she was ignoring the phone ringing which is probably why i had to call 7 times . I sat for a little over 5mins before she asked if I was picking up or placing. When i went to pay for my food i HANDED her my card yet when she returned it she placed it on the counter & flipped the screen around for me to sign i pressed for a printed receipt and when it came out she ALSO threw it down on the counter instead of handing it to me . She stuffed my whole order into one bag then got upset when I asked for extra bags . My boyfriend and I sat in the parking lot separating food and noticed we had NO utensils whatsoever, so while i separated my boyfriend went in to ask for some. when he finally came out he had an angry look on his face and said that instead of her just handing him some utensils she argued with him that she already had some in the bag for us . honestly the way she stuffed my whole order into that small black bag there was NO room for the food let alone some utensils . Long story short she is the first person people see when they walk into this business she is NOT a friendly face and her customer service absolutely SUCKS. I’d hate to have to stop coming to one of my favorite restaurants just because of ONE bad seed . Please fix this issue .

My first time eating here. The food was so incredible. My waitress was an absolute sweet heart and perfectly attentive.

I got the Cesar salad. It was very fresh.

The Rocket Shrimp pasta was superb.

I also got the seafood Alfredo. It was so incredible.

The portions are generous and enough to take home for later.

Even with everything I got my jaw dropped to see the bill was less than $50.

Highly highly recommend. The vibes are so good I usually don't dine in. I was extremely happy to see my favorite Gordan Ramsay show was on as well Lol.

Best Po-boy , I love it!

Hamburgers were the best waffle fries were stiff and cold. Ordered one to go for my husband. Same thing. Hamburgers delicious fries cold and stiff.

Round 2 of restaurant week was at Jasmines on the Bayou. The rocket shrimp was light and crispy. Perfect balance of sweet and heat. The blackened redfish mornay was rich and flavorful with an incredible seafood buttercream sauce. And one serving of the berry Chantilly cake was not overly sweet and very delicious. Our server Kelly was very knowledgeable and attentive, give that girl a raise! We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

Let me start by saying, I am hard to please But this place was amazing! Everything I had was excellent.
I Had the redfish fried with a Crawfish and shrimp, cream sauce over the top, a salad and a side of green beans which are also wonderful. The service was great. The portion was large.. Definitely recommend this place

Try somewhere else I had the shrimp Alfredo and my husband had the fried catfish neither of us ate our plates. The food looked and tastes like it had been previously frozen and then heated and served. Not worth the money very disappointed.

The worst!!!! What the heck with fried catfish they were like chicken tenders but smaller. Fries COLD no salt or seasoning. And I'm sorry your a supposedly real restaurant don't use powdered Mac n cheese.
