The lady made my order wrong; she never asked what I wanted on my sub or what I wanted taken off. When I told her that I was never asked, she got an attitude and proceeded to say she would just put everything else I wanted on the side.

Can I give ZERO stars? Employees are EXTREMELY rude and impatient. Wouldn't explain the coupons, best one to use, etc. Gave initial order, but didn't get processes as ordered. Ladies bathroom was dirty and Men's bathroom had a light out and a "welcome to use" note; really?! WON'T return to that location!!!

4 people working and all of them have AirPods in their ears.

They got the guys order in front me completely wrong then rolled their eyes because they didn’t hear him and had to make his order over. Maybe if they didn’t have AirPods in, they could hear better?
They rang us up for the wrong amount and were unable to fix it.
I was told to come back at a later time because they had no idea how to refund me my money.

Customer service was terrible. Came 40 mins before closing and was rushed and they didn’t ask what we wanted on our sandwiches

I came here Sunday after I was released from the hospital it was my first time trying jersey mikes and this location did not disappoint everything was fresh and ready when I picked it up … Definitely a new fan ‼️‼️

The sandwiches are always so good and the service is always fantastic!

I came in Jersey Mike on 05/14/24 at 4 PM. I came to get sandwiches and there were two ladies working over there and they really do not want to help the customers and they even did not asked me which sauce I would like to add they just started wrapping sandwiches with out sauce and I asked them why you started wrapping sandwiches with out sauce and then she replied ohh which sauce do u want and than I asked them which sauces do u have cos I came to Jersey Mike after 7 years so i don’t know and still they did not gave me name of sauces.And they both were making faces looks like they don’t wanted to work their. After I finished up my eating I saw 2 customers came but no one is bothering to stand up from their comfort zone which is they were sitted on dining area. Would never come again at this place If this employees will continue working their.Now I realize subway is much better their employees explains in details about sauces n all.

My first time visiting likely will be my last my friend recommend he literally swears they are the best I did not feel that way upon entering the store the dry welcome I was given I could tell the gentleman was ready to go home I mean I understand you been at work you're tired but you have a job to do until it's done and you don't close until 10pm and the fact you have customers who walked in behind me means your job is still going the guy rushed us any other sandwich any other sandwich my friend told him she's never been here before you would think he would offer a suggestion not likely the guy had a nasty attitude but from the reviews cleary Jersery Mikes loves workers with nasty attitudes my friend got the ham & provolone I got the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak ironically cheesesteak has never tore my stomach up before but that one did which is so random I ate pizza that day and nothing happened looked on ya'll page and it's not a red sauce on the sandwich but mines had red sauce on it so it seems as if the girl worker whom handed my friend my sandwich or the boy worker may have put something extra on my sandwich we had sat down we did not watch them make mines and if that's the kind of workers you have this business will definetly not thrive long

I'd avoid this location don't walk run to the location on Perkins I pick up orders from them all the time the staff is so much nicer great customer service all the time you're warmly greeted it's a way better vibe

My husband and I love the Philly Cheese Famous Roast Beef. We go there, order to go. Love it. It's always hot, which is what I love. A must try.

The quality has gone downhill and the place isn't clean like it used to be. Ever since Paul sold it... whoever owns it now, doesn't care.Updating my review: Employees are extremely rude, and the place is dirty. Paul would’ve never put up with that. If you gate your job that much, leave.Management needs to evaluate who they have working for them because a particular employee needs an attitude adjustment.
