Jersey Mike's Subs

I went in the store and it was very busy. All three employees were working very hard a d fast. They seemed to work together well. I was impressed at how efficient they worked together. Even though it was very busy it didn't take long to get my order and go about my day. Great job Jersey Mike's

It’s worse than one star. Placed an order online and and Jersey mikes ran out of bread. How can a sandwich store run out of bread. Then the store manager and the door dasher driver were going to just make wraps versus getting a hold of me. Then my order was mysteriously cancelled and refund in 5-7 days. How is any of this right or correct? This means definitely no more Jersey Mikes ever in Baton Rouge where I live and Door Dash is on my Do Not Call List now too. What a waste of my time and effort and it’s like oh well, so what who cares. I think everyone should just stop ordering from Jersey mikes ever

I asked the worker what was his name he said jakarus and he made me a number 3 and it was very delicious and he greeted me well I loved the experienced!!!10/10

The manager is very professional! She is the best I love coming here to get a sandwich anytime, I had a problem and she resolved it ☺️ thank you so much! I’m a loyal customer and will always come back because of her service

Went to the one on canton road and made sandwiches wrong won't be going back to there order all the time same sandwich and put it on the wrong bun

Ms. Patri and the staff greet me warmly each time I visit this location! The food is always fresh, the facility is clean, and the staff are welcoming and have excellent recommendations. I've introduced several of my colleagues to Mike's, and they love it! Ms. Patri makes me feel like family coming home for a delicious meal because she asks how I have been if I've been away for a while, and she recognizes the lunchtime regulars. Bad experience!! Found blonde hair inside one of the cookies!! Yuck !! This location has declined in quality and service. Need to hire new and competent staff. Cookies also tasted like they were weeks old.. stale.. hard. This is completely and totally disgusting. Hoping that this location gets shut down. I will be reporting this to the appropriate administration as well!!

Perfect lunch experience. Place is clean, music at a good volume and good tunes. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Which is so nice to see especially during their busy rush! I also wanted to shoutout the chicken salad, they’re out all over town but they have some here and it was delicious! New favorite location for sure!

I’m visiting from Michigan, and this Jersey Mike’s had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The food was excellent, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
