The quality has gone downhill and the place isn't clean like it used to be. Ever since Paul sold it... whoever owns it now, doesn't care.Updating my review: Employees are extremely rude, and the place is dirty. Paul would’ve never put up with that. If you gate your job that much, leave.Management needs to evaluate who they have working for them because a particular employee needs an attitude adjustment.

Horrible curbside experience. If the employees are going to completely ignore the service, they can remove the option on the app. I ordered curbside and checked in at the time it said it would be ready. 15 mins after checking in my order had still not come out, and I was parked right in front of the store. I saw they weren't doing anything, so I went inside. Sure enough, my order was sitting by itself with the big "CURBSIDE" label. No one greeted me when I first walked in, and it was after 2 minutes of being ignored that they finally asked me what I needed, and I told them I had a curbside order. They handed it to me like it was just a regular pickup order. If the employees are going to just completely be above bringing orders to cars, when it is an advertised option, this needs to be communicated to customers, or removed as an option altogether.

Purchased a miked barbecue sandwich (which i have ordered many times) but what I received was attitude and a mess. Stale bread and hard meat. No lettuce, tomato, or anything. Absolutely horrible! Never again!

The Towne Center Jersey Mike's location is a model of efficiency and customer service. The staff is well-organized, with each member clearly understanding their role, whether it's manning the grill, preparing the bread and meat, or adding the toppings. I was particularly impressed by their ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously, including mobile orders, while still maintaining a high level of engagement with customers.Despite my preoccupation with a phone call, the staff remained extremely courteous, taking the time to confirm my order preferences. Their commitment to cleanliness was also commendable, with constant cleaning of surfaces throughout my brief visit. This location truly exemplifies the best of Jersey Mike's.

12:15 on a Saturday and no customers in the store because apparently they are turning everyone away saying there will be at least a 20 minute wait to get a sandwich because they are backed up with online orders.

I can't believe I waited so long to try Jersey Mikes! It is literally one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! I got the ham on Rosemary Parmesan bread with Ms. Vickie's Sea Salt & Vinegar chips, which pairs so nicely together. I literally can't stop thinking about this delicious combo and can't wait to go back!

Young man by the name of John was so rude to me my guest and another customer. My first time visiting and had no idea how to order what to order. John made me feel stupid, I can assure you that I am not. No help with menu nor did he offer ideas. The food was good but I will not be going again. Terrible bedside manner.
This place was 5 stars until it was sold to new ownership. We ate there every week. I've watched this place drop its service atmosphere and its food to one star. I told myself after SEVERAL visits that I would keep giving this place a second chance. After ordering a giant chicken philly, 1/3 of my sandwich was without meat. I highly recommend another location as I will be using another location after today.

I hate to do this review. But I was the only one in the shop on Tuesday at 4pm. The Taller older black lady, who seems sweet as pie and lovely. Just cannot seem to get the order right after 5 times asking. She still didn't get the order right, but I said nothing to avoid any type of confrontation over a friggin sandwich. But it's enough to make me not want to go back. It's unfortunate.

We went to Jersey Mikes in Denham Springs recently and was very disappointed. I ordered our sandwiches from their app. We added our sandwiches with chips and the extras for the sandwiches. When we brought it home my sandwich did not have any extras like lettuce or tomato or mayo which I asked for. Plus the bread was so stale and hard I could've used it as a hammer. I called Jersey Mikes and they graciously refunded us. No, I will not go back to the DS store. There are lots of restaurants in DS who will be more than happy to have our business.
This location makes some great sandwiches.
