The Staff at the Bluebonnet location are horrible! They are rude! And made my sandwich they wanted. I did not ask for the Mike's way with oil but they put it on there as they were trying to rush me out during the lunch rush! This is not the first time I had issues with the staff! I now just go to Siegen or Corporate as they are more professional and they listen.

I wish this was a 1 time issue, but yall keep messing up my order everytime. When I say no oregano I’m allergic it should be taken seriously. This has been an ongoing issue with this location putting oregano on my sandwiches since they opened. Normally I just go back and get it fixed but I got delivery this time cuz I’m sick. Couldn’t even eat it. And just so exhausted I didn’t even call for a refund. I just wanted the correct food!! And u forgot the pickles. For my husbands sandwich I believe he also had oregano on his sandwich after putting no oregano and u COVERED his sandwich in mayo and mustard. He didn’t want a sandwich with mayo and mustard as the primary part of the sandwich but yall sure as heck went heavy on it. PLEASE WHOEVER THE MANAGER AND OWNER ARE TAKE THIS REVIEW AS A CHANCE TO TEACH UR STAFF ABOUT READING THE NOTES!!! I love Jersey Mike’s but this location is a damn shame.

When I walked in recently, the woman who took my order was on a cell phone, I didn't think anything of it at first because I thought the other girl working was going to get it. But then she grabbed her cell phone from her ear, put it down and then cut my bread. That is completely unacceptable, cell phones are absolutely filthy. They have more bacteria than a toilet seat. I left immediately and went to the other location. I feel bad for whoever got my bread next because they got contaminated bread and they probably didn't even know it. I'm writing this review so the manager sees it and hopefully prevents this from happening again.
I had a steak and cheese Philly loaded and it was amazing. I want to send a Thank you too Dana.

I received coupons in the mail for this specific location that expired 9/30/24. I visited this location yesterday (9/30/24) and attempted to use said coupon. I was told by the person working the register that the coupons were no longer accepted. Another worker approached the line and confirmed that I could not use the coupon and he immediately went back to the grill. I explained the coupon expires that day and should still be valid and there was nothing posted otherwise. I asked for the manager and the person working the register said the worker at the grill that confirmed I could not use the coupons was the GM. He then continued to ignore me on asking why the valid coupon could not be used. I was told his name was Dana Carter. His customer service and lack of communication skills are terrible and not one made for management. I also would like to know why there was even an issue using a coupon that your store put out that was still valid?!
Love the food but this location will not get my hard earned money ever again.

Waited 30 mins to not get my food. Team members were lazy and not doing their jobs effectively. Zero communication on wait time. In store orders were waiting behind an online order. Unacceptable. Preparing online orders before your walk-ins sends a very clear message as to whom this business values. I will never eat here or at another location ever again. Hope the company enjoys losing a bi-weekly customer to your competitors.

Workers have the worst attitude!! The little girl taking the orders purposely skipped me in line after I told her that she never took my order! I stood there 10 min waiting to order and she then again took someone else’s order and not mine. The food is good tho

Nothing really wrong with the food but super awkward hearing the workers interact. Lowkey rude af but honestly funny to see. Still recommend I guess.

The only complaint I have with Jersey Mike's is they need to give an option on their menu to put condiments on the side when you're ordering online. By the time doordash got my sub to me it was soggy. The flavor was great the soggy bread not so great.

My sandwich bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed!!!!! Also, I brought someone there for the very first time and they couldn’t even eat the sandwich because the bread was hard. They said they will never try again..
