Jersey Mike's Subs

Male Server came from the restaurant and did not wash his hand before returning to work as the sign indicates. He went straight to the assembly line. Female server with low blondish tapered haircut was rude about my vegetarian request. I asked for my cheese to be cut on the veggie slicer. She asked if I had an allergy. I said no I am vegetarian and you have meat submerged into your front slicer. She said well I can wipe it down the veggie slicer is broken. (So all the veggies were cut on the meat slicer today or your lying). She proceeded to tell me the veggie sub doesn’t need to be sliced. I told her so your provolone (she doesn’t know her sandwiches) is pre sliced? She said “oh, would you prefer American Cheese?” No, we will eat somewhere else and never return. -do better

I ordered a catering order and accidentally put in the wrong time. Need it 30minutes earlier and my girl Conception helped me out so much!!! She is the best and 10/10 recommend using this location for any catering orders!

Ordered a giant! Contents inside the sandwich were good but I remember when I used to go to jersey mikes and I would take my employees out multiple times and I'd order a giant in which it was, I felt full when I finished it. Bread reminded me of a subway sandwich. From a owner /operator to another... . Don't be the next subway closing up hundreds of locations. You're heading in that direction! Qc your bread.. It felt flat, thin, meat was hanging outside the bread..did not offer another bread. We live in the customer experience economy! The bread sells your sandwiches. I kept my cigar lit and put it in pocket on my moonroof. Went inside, ordered. I even asked the employee, do you have anything larger... He said you can order 2 giants and my rebuttal was for the price of 1 yes.. Me and him both laughed. I workout and fit with a bit of a appetite. My cigar still lit when I went into my car as I'm writing this review! Do better!! You got smaller startups after you!! I won't be going unless I have to, not because I want to.

The limited time roasted chicken sub was awesome. I had it Mike's way. Let's hope it becomes a permanent menu item.

We placed an order online to pickup ourselves. It was ready when we arrived and everything was fresh and delicious. Our order was 100% accurate. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot is easily accessible from Siegen Lane. Overall a great experience. Recommended

Either I was just really hungry or they seriously knew how to make a sub! I've eaten at several different Jersey Mike's and I have to say this show was the best I've ever gotten a sub at! Tip my cap to y'all! Keep up the great service and keep makin them delicious subs!

Ordered JMs Italian sub delivered by door dash today. The website was easy to use, the service was quick and transparent, but I can't comment on the atmosphere because I did not go to the store. The sandwich was very favorable, chips by sun chips were good and you can mess up a cookie. They were good too. This was my first time trying JMs and I will be back and recommend to anyone to go try them.

Avoid this location!! I had been warned about it before going but went anyway. Well, I was given the wrong order, which of course I didn't discover until I had reached my location. I don't know what they gave me but it was terrible. Go to the Bluebonnet location because this one is awful.

15 dollars for a regular sub, a drink, chips and a cookie overall I thought the sandwich was very good and very light. A solid 8/10
