Pulled in the drive thru at 9:11pm when they say they are open until 10pm. No one ever came to the microphone….so I pulled up to the window. I blew the horn, and even backed up to the place you order. Nothing.
Drove around front and saw two guys, pretending they didn’t see me…cleaning up and not wanting to take my order, so I left. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Sandwiches are just not good. Every time I order and have it delivered, something is always wrong. They either forget to deliver a drink, the sandwich has onions when specifically asked to hold, the sandwich is not cut, and the bread is hard.

Kudos to you all.... I had JJs for lunch one day for Teachers Appreciation! It was catered box lunch so I really didnt get the full affect. It was so good I decided to give it another try. Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. Im excited about my next visit!

Well I didn't have to wait 50+ mins when Jimmy Johns used their own drivers. Doordash forgot my drink and then did nothing about it. I guess they'll do anything to save a buck.

Ordered delivery then received a call from JJ's saying they canceled my order because they were out of ingredients ?. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied and they still charged my card for food I never received

It is 1:14pm, I ordered online at 12:15pm…No sandwich. I don’t understand how this can happen, they are not cooking anything. You pay for a delivery charge, plus a tip and place the order for “soon as possible.” I called the Jimmy Johns on Perkins and she knew it was me, and casually stated, “it’s on it’s way, she has two stops before you.” To order a sandwich and recieve it an hour after the order was placed is not good business. I could have driven there, placed my order, eaten there and drove back by the time their “convenience” delivers my food. There are other options out there, and although me, personally never ordering from Jimmy Johns again, this will not put them out of business. This is pathetic! I ordered to have it delivered as a matter of convenience, that’s a big word that the Jimmy Johns’ staff may not understand. The craziest part of this is they didn’t cook anything. How could this take an hour? Good luck to anyone else purchasing this service. Give business to the companies that care. Buy Local!
