I work up the road from this JJ location & every time I come here it’s always fresh, on time, & all around great! They aren’t skimpy with their meat or other toppings! I live out near Prairieville & have been to other JJ locations… none compare to the Jefferson JJ! I will literally drive out of my way just to come to this specific Jimmy John’s! Thank yall for always being awesome!

My sandwich was delicious. It was very fresh, and flavorful, and made exactly how requested. It was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I also had a whole pickle. I couldn't eat it all, but it was refreshing. The store was solidly clean. No debris. No dirty tables, no sticky spots on the floor or in front of the soda fountain... spotless. Employees worked quickly, efficiently and were exceedingly polite. Thank yall for a great lunch experience. EDIT: Thanks for the invitation to leave more feedback, I just did. Yall have a great day!

I've got to say the service I got here the other day was exceptional the girl working behind the counter packed everything separately for me since I was gonna eat this sandwich the next day it was wonderful and I really appreciate it!

I recently changed jobs (60 days ago) and am located by the Jefferson Highway location. While everyone is nice and attentive to the customers i have to say that the failure rate on getting my order correct is 42% (5 of 12 orders incorrect) . I get the same order every time i go to the location and its beyond frustrating to continually get a failure on my order. Today even on my receipt it clearly says no lettuce and when i unwrapped it had it on it. Now beyond the failure rate that i think anyone would agree is unacceptable the service recovery is nonexistent at best. At this point i think i would perform a RCA to understand the failure rate if it was me, but that's just me

Just wanted to give a sarcastic thank you to Jimmy John's on Jefferson Hwy for making a bunch of kids go hungry. Baton Rouge Big Buddy made the order 4 days in advance. Jimmy John's took the order, took the money, and then today told us that the delivery was outside their radius. When they finally brought the food (over an hour late after the kids had to leave), the employee who delivered it was looking at us like WE were the ones who did wrong. No apology, just a nasty look. The kids deserved better than that
