Sat in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes today. But once you are in the line you are stuck there and just have to wait it out. And it wasn’t even worth it. Sandwich was awful too. Wilted lettuce and no condiments. I understand lunch rush hours…but it’s SANDWICHES… $13.99 for a nasty sandwich and long wait ? No thanks.

Jimmy John’s on Essen Lane was an okay experience. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of wall art and posters. The sandwiches we had were good, but not outstanding. This is a counter service restaurant so service is hard to rate. The staff were polite but not very outgoing or overly friendly. Okay for fast food.

Sandwich is a mess. My 4 year old could’ve put this together better than what I got. Dinning out is getting more expensive and the help keeps getting worse. Trash.

Great place, I go very often for my lunch, great service the workers light my day up! it gets very busy but they still do a great job at getting the line out! Delicious sandwiches even better now that they toast them!

When they are open, the food is great. 99% of the time they are closed before 6:15 PM. Online it says they are open to 9 PM during the week which is not the case. This is a busy location right by a major hospital and they are never open past 6 PM.

The 2nd time my sandwich had brown lettuce on it, no avocado spread, no cucumbers, no mayo and it tasted bitter. I think it was the lettuce that was bitter. But it was not what I ordered it was just a dry, bitter turkey sandwich. Wouldn't recommend.

These girls that work here at this location a top notch. My order was great but even more so, I had accidentally left my wallet. Now, in casual conversation I had mentioned I was working at the gas station next door doing a remodel and though most people would have let what I was saying go right in one ear and out the other without a second thought. Yet, the young lady who prepared my order actually remembered and her very sweet co worker, a young lady with heart shaped glasses not only brought my wallet all the way to me but she also made sure I was the correct owner and verified My information to be sure. I just want say thanks to both these wonderful people for making my experience so much better than it was gonna be....and then some!
