Tonight, 5/18/25, I had an incredible experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to the manager, Gabby. I came in craving the Vito Picklewich, even though I knew it was no longer on the menu. I asked if it was still possible to get it, and without hesitation, Gabby went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to accommodate a special request really stood out. The sandwich itself was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Gabby, for the outstanding service and unforgettable sandwich!

I ordered a tuna sandwich; $7.49 I asked what the cost for chips and a drink would be; $12.70! Jimmy John's charges $5.00 for a little bag of chips and some sugar water. Insane, $12.70 for a tuna sandwich combo.

After waiting longer than usual was given a Britany’s order told it was Toni’s and forced into my hands. I’m not Cassie.. all I can hope is that Britany is not allergic to dogs as I had both my big and shedding dogs in the car.. as they took the bag back had me wait an additional 10min to get my food and was told my cookie is still frozen to just let it thaw before eating it.

Typical Jimmy Johns. If you change anything they can’t handle it. These people could use training from Subway or yes even Burger King.
