Excellent Place. Katie the manager is always pleasant and helpful. My food is always great and the staff is very professional I work in the adjacent building across the parking lot and pleased to have this great food and iced tea right next-door. Highly recommend.

First time at Jimmy John’s because I was recommended it and ended up disappointed because I was given a tosted brick of just bacon and lettuce. I was asked if i wanted to add cheese to the JJBLT and once i got the sandwich i noticed how small it was once i got home it was just lettuce and bacon with no cheese or turkey like it said on the menu. Honestly im kinda disappointed will not be coming back unfortunately :(

Att: all doordash drivers. Don't deliver from here..they send no tip orders to drivers while keeping all the orders that tip to themselves.
Go to any other location if you can. I placed an order through the app..estimated to be ready at 9:45 (even then i wasnt too pressed for time) and pulled up at 9:49…sat at the menu/call box and said “hello?” 3 different times then pulled up to the window. (I would have gone inside but i have my friend’s little girl in her car seat in the back) ….still saw no one even after sitting there for 5 more minutes. Finally i decide to call instead of being rude and honking the horn..they apologize and say the batteries fell out of their headsets….both of them. (Still dont believe this was actually the case🙄) ….yall …3 people walked into view. After i had been sitting there for 10 minutes and didnt see a soul. im understanding and patient to a fault but even after i called the resutaurant to ask for a manager to call me back because even at the window they were not very apologetic and were all laughing. Idk what they were doing in the back, but even knowing they had a pickup order..no one checked the window ?Yall…the general manager gets on the phone…barks at me with, “what ? What do you want? Fee food ? Is that all you want ? Fine i’ll comp the order !” 🫠 im speechless at this customer service and this is not the first time i’ve had a problem at this location. Just the first time i’ve had to try to talk to that nightmare of a manager. I would have apologized, explained the situation, and offered anything i could. This whole situation not only made me late to my babysitting job this evening but it upset me because i hate confrontation. This lady was just awful.

First time here all I can say is amazing.The staff is very friendly they took their time to help me figure out what I want.One of the workers came to check on me to see was the food good (most definitely was) I will be here again!!!! 10/10 highly recommend

Came here for lunch food is always great, woman at counter had bad customer service ask if I was part of a reward program and didn’t tell me a how to sign up for it after I ask how, the parking lot is to small for the amount of business it get almost got hit twice in the parking lot leaving.
