If i could give this location 0 stars i would. Stood there for 10 minutes on my lunch break waiting for a manager to FIND a store credit that should have been attached to my number…and there were apparently 2 in the store. Called it quits on the q and just paid for the meal. I get all the way back to work and don’t have the my full meal. I call and AS ALWAYS the general manager was miserable and didn’t want to do her job. I had to drive all the way back after getting NO WHERE on the phone with her and it took and extra 30 minutes of a lunch break. So completely unacceptable. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to not correct it and put the customer through even more ?! I’m calling corporate as soon as I can because this seems CONSTANT with all JJ locations. This one especially.

I had to order twice because the worker couldn’t hear me! I received my sandwich and all I wanted was bread meat and cheese but received it fully dressed. Will not be back

Maybe I should have taken the near empty dining area during lunch hour as a bad sign, but it's sandwiches, how badly can those be messed up? I ordered a BLT and assumed they'd ask me how I wanted it dressed. Nope. Mayo (which I would have replaced with another condiment had I been given a choice), WET lettuce, tomatoes, and limp, cold bacon. Who wants cold bacon??? Again, I thought I'd be asked if I wanted it warmed/toasted but nothing. The sandwich was ready by the time I had finished paying so I couldn't stop them mid-sandwich.Not to mention in today's culture, I couldn't say anything about their poor sandwich making skills without being labeled a Karen.

Jenna’s and JA Net went out of there way to help us when we called in an order and ended up at the wrong store!! They were great and my family will be back definitely because of them and their wonderful sandwiches!!!

Look at this! What is this? Freaky Fresh. More like just Freaky. Ya'll better take a look at your sandwich before you eat it. This rot is what they give you and don't think twice to throw it away. Instead you the customer is the garbage disposal to them. Don't trust these people. Obviously, Jimmy John Corporation hires anybody and does not train properly their staff on what is fresh and what is not. If it wasn't for me eating my sandwich under a bright lamp light I would have eaten this sandwich with not fresh tomatoes that at first glance looked like yellow bell peppers in the sandwich which I thought odd cause they don't offer that, and didn't ask for made me open my sandwich to investigate what I'm looking at. Customers beware here. They don't care. They're not trained.

Was pretty quick, friendly staff, food was alright but for how much it costs.... DEFINITELY not worth the price... if I'm paying 15 bucks for a sandwich and a bag of chips I expect it to be MUCH better than what I ended up with... probably won't revisit a Jimmy Jones.
