The food is GREAT! No doubt about that! The customer service is lacking a bit! The workers definitely could use a refresher course in GOOD customer service!! The website needs to be kept up to date!! I have ordered online a few times. The online menu is not correct, and you don't know that until you go pickup your order. I ordered Jambalaya and was given Mac n cheese as a replacement when I got there. Another time, I ordered several non-soda beverages online, when I got there, I was offered water as a replacement! WHAT!! SMH! Another time I ordered a turkey leg with two sides and only received one side!!! Not GOOD!! Good food will keep people coming for a while but good food AND good customer service will keep people coming for a life time!!!

Honey-child....... when I tell you this was an experience I am so glad I had. For months I had been hearing about this amazing restaurant with the best turkey wings in town. It's all true!!! I had the turkey leg stuffed with Ettoufe and it was heaven!!! So tender that u can eat it with a plastic fork. The service was extra friendly and the prices were decent. I can't wait to bring everyone I know to experience jive Turkey!!
