Took 10 min to be seated. Finally someone seats us. I have allergies. The waitress was told this and every time I would ask if dishes had said allergens in the dishes she would respond with "I don't know" or "I don't know what to tell you". The dish I ordered comes out and she says I'm pretty sure there is an ingredient you can't have that's in this. If that's the case, why did it even make its way to the kitchen!

If there were a 0 star review, they would get it! Horrible service. Server didn't know anything about food nor was she willing to go to the kitchen to ask. I will never be going back to any Joes CrabShack due to this one horrific experience.

The waitress was really nice and attentive but the food was absolutely aweful. I got shrimp tacos and the shrimp not only tasted old but there were shells still on them. Everything on the seafood platter my boyfriend got tasted either bad old or that it was frozen.was definitely not worth the money we spent.

I can't give a 5 when all of the seafood is imported and we are so close to the Gulf. But the prices are fair, the food was good, and the service was great. Don't get the onion rings unless you have 3 or 4 to eat them. The serving is huge!

We love Joe's Crab Shack. We were really sad when Joe's Crab Shack closed down in New Orleans after Katrina. So whenever we go to Baton Rouge, we always stop by Joe's Crab Shack. Tonight, we had Joshua as our waiter. His service is excellent. He described all the food and drink in detail and with passion. The corn, potatoes, and clams are a little salty but the crabs are perfect.

Just got a lot more appreciation for JCS! They have a delicious variety of gluten frree meal options for tHose with allergies. They treated us - including 3 small boys - great. Even found a dessert my son could have. Waiter / serveR was polite and on top of it. For sure will be going back....

Awesome drinks. Great customer service. Never knew until tonight that the Mason jars your sangrias are served in are souvenirs. The bar tender was great. She cleaned them and wrapped them up for me to take home. Looking forward to the next visit.
