I was so excited to try Johnnys but will never ever go back. I ordered a few items and had the hubby pick up . When he got home the order was completely wrong and were missing a pizza altogether , so I called and was met with a very rude manager who refused to take responsibility and was going to require me to bring all of them back just to prove one was missing (we were not willing to, we live 30 mins away and it was a Friday night on a game weekend in Baton Rouge , enough said) . No refunds allowed. Period. After extreme rudeness and absolutely zero customer service, I just couldn’t deal with him anymore after about 20 mins of this (I actually couldn’t even believe a manager would talk to a customer like that) so I asked for the owner of the franchise to call.A week later, no call. So I call again and went thru the whole story again with that manager and The manager said yet again he would have the owner call and issue a gift card. He promised I would have a call by the end of the week.No call. So I Called yet a 3rd time to be told I would hear back by the end of the day.Still waiting on that call and that was 4 months ago…. Literally all Im waiting for is that gift card for the one missing pizza, which should NOT be hard to do (since they don’t provide refunds even when it’s their mistake)I can’t say how disappointed I am in the management to not even have the Courtesy to return a call when they messed up, as a business owner if there’s a mess up I will always get in touch with the client and make it right.Apparently johnnys doesn’t operate this way. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

"Sweep the Kitchen" is about as good as I remember it, and I haven't been in years. I wish I knew about the seasonal "Sweep the Swamp" pizza before hand though. Apparently they make the sweep the kitchen but replace the meats with crab and crawfish for lent.

One of the best pizza places around. Just wish there was one in Prairieville.

Excellent pizza. Made the "Sweep the Kitchen" to order exactly like the original Johnny's in Monroe per my request. My FAV!

Went out of our way to this location after a game and it's says it stays open until 11pm. I showed up at 10:05 and the door was locked. However, google AND the times n the door say 11pm. I called the number and they said the times posted are ....PRE-COVID!!!!!! Seriously?!?! You've had how many years to update your stuff?

The pizza is always good. I know hiring is challenging now but training is not. When we walked in the guy at the register goes to the back. We were the only ones there. He rang up our order and we asked for cups for water. He charged $4.98 for the cups. He didn’t ask anyone. A lady from the back told him to not charge for cups just make sure we get water. Another customer came in and we were not going to hold her up for a refund. The guy gave us the smallest cups they had. I asked if that is what a $2.50 cup looks like. The lady got us big cups, we got our water and are waiting for our food pissed because the lack of training and personality from this employee. I hate writing this review because I like the company. But if you don’t want to pay an extra $5 for cups then make sure he understands. The food is good but that employee needs to be trained! I won’t bring in outside food or drinks but I will bring in outside cups in the future.

The Johnnys in Baton Rouge is down a couple notches the workers don’t care about your food, they play and don’t take anything serious. I grew up eating Johnnys in North Louisiana. Hopefully they get it together.

online and on their door is says mom-fri closes at ten. We came last night and got here before nine and went to drive through and saw two workers and we sat there before they came up and told us they close nine and I told the guy who told us that that their sign and online says ten. The man then tells me his boss is to lazy to change it. Was very rude and unprofessional ignoring us until they closed.

Just ordered Johnnys. Good pizza but absolutely worst costumer service. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 6 pm and I waited 30 extra minutes without any apologies or acknowledgment from employees. A refund would be very due

Johnny's Pizza House in Baton Rouge in our only outpost of this major Louisiana pizza chain, which is more widespread in northern Louisiana. As a graduate of ULM, I have eaten more than my fair share of Johnny's Pizza! What makes Johnny's Pizza special is its simplicity. It has fresh ingredients, prepared well, and sold for a very fair price. They have pizzas that range from the 8" Personal, to the 16" Large. The classic is thin crust, which is cut into rectangular slices rather than wedges. It's awesome! The best option in my opinion is the famous Sweep the Kitchen (without anchovies for me). It's a supreme with all the excellent ingredients. There are many other specialty pizzas on the menu, or you can build your own. Walk up to the counter and order, then the nice servers will bring it to your table. If you are there for lunch, you can enjoy the buffet instead. There are also calzone like "Flips" to try, as well as desserts.

We used to love going to Johnny’s, but apparently, like far too many other businesses these days, they’re cutting corners. We used to love taking our kids to the buffet. Went today and were informed that they no longer have the lunch buffet. Outside of going for the buffet, the pizzas are too expensive and they take forever. We’ve ordered for pickup in the past and they’ve taken nearly an hour to be ready for pickup in addition to being far too expensive for what you get. Sad to say, it looks like our relationship with Johnny’s is over.

I’m a driver for deliveries , I’m unsure of what the manager has going on but if it’s to “keep track or the drivers “ why the heck don’t you have a DRIVERS LOG ?? Show me proof that it wasn’t because my appearance. You have me about to write all my personal information On a receipt . Where are all the other drivers information ? Some places do ask you to verify but that right there made me feel very uneasy
