The food & atmosphere were really outstanding. The wine service, not so much. A nice Chardonnay with seafood in the summertime can be pleasant, but the $50-$200 price range seemed a little out of step. To make matters worse, they didn't have a chilled one, so we had to wait on it to cool off. And lastly, they brought the dessert before the espresso was ready, and when it finally arrived, it was cold.

We went to Juban’s last night for the first time, and we will 100% be back. Juban’s exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, exquisite presentation, and flavors that left a lasting impression. We ordered for appetizer the Blue Crab Lollipops and Crawfish Wontons, and for main the Lobster 2 Ways and Redfish Adrian. Everything was spot on! The soft shell crab was amazing. The bread platter was disappointing because the bread seemed old, hard and burnt on the bottom. The au jus was extremely salty on the sandwich and the meatloaf.
