I have been going to this KFC about 6 months now. I have been amazed at how truly helpful and friendly these employees are! It’s such a privilege to experience this kind of service in the world today. If you haven’t been to this store, you are missing out. The service is truly amazing!! Oh, and best coleslaw EVER!! The food was terrible overcrazy falling apart.The chicken tenders were overly cooked and dried out.Didn't even get the Hoke clean water.When we tried to call and talk to him they treated us like no stealing food that they gave us everything

Very rude customer service. Didn’t greet me at all or ask if I needed anything. I waited for 15 minutes before the girl at the drive through said they were waiting on chicken . The manager light skin female with two golds in her mouth came from the back and stared me up and down she even asked if I had a problem. They were so messy and looking for a problem . I told them I was picking up an order and the female at the drive through said she didn’t care I could wait another 10-15 minutes. Avoid going here for your peace and sanity !

I was in the area between Popeyes and KFC and chose KFC. Much to my dismay, I chose wrong. The sides were good. The chicken was not good. It tasted like burnt cooking oil. I think the chicken was overcooked too. It's the first time I received nearly room temperature chicken and biscuit. I ate the sides but threw away chicken after trying it.I do not leaving bad reviews but thought it may save someone the disappointment of buying food that is unfit to eat.I usually enjoy KFC but this was an exception.There is no way a fried chicken restaurant does not have scheduled cooking oil changes. Please get better.

Horrible! Mac n cheese was dried out and hard!!! Mashed potatoes was watered down and tasted like nothing! Mac n cheese was given to my dog and he didn’t eat it! Chicken tenders were rubbery with the crust falling off! $20 down the trash! Never again at this ghetto trifling kfc!

We were hungry, looked ahead and saw KFC and the rest is history. Yes. We pigged out on the chicken, the bowls of potatoes and biscuits.
I ordered ahead a few hours before I got off I showed up early but I waited because I was early I was told can't come into the lobby I said yes ma'am and told her I was picking up a timed order so I waited I received a message that the food was ready so I pull around then told the nuggets are not ready pulled to the front I wait 30 mins watching people pull in and out I had to get one of the workers that came out to smoke if my good was ready he walked in and right out and it was cold they put it to the side so they have no sense of respect

Juat something to pass along for assistance. Went in to get a chicken pot pie meal and they were out, found out it takes about 21 minutes to bake so could not wait that long and ordered something else. Was told next time I could call ahead and order it and they would have it ready for me when I got there. Love their pot pies ? ? So if you like their pot pies call ahead and order.Very polite help and good food .
