I ordered ahead a few hours before I got off I showed up early but I waited because I was early I was told can't come into the lobby I said yes ma'am and told her I was picking up a timed order so I waited I received a message that the food was ready so I pull around then told the nuggets are not ready pulled to the front I wait 30 mins watching people pull in and out I had to get one of the workers that came out to smoke if my good was ready he walked in and right out and it was cold they put it to the side so they have no sense of respect

Juat something to pass along for assistance. Went in to get a chicken pot pie meal and they were out, found out it takes about 21 minutes to bake so could not wait that long and ordered something else. Was told next time I could call ahead and order it and they would have it ready for me when I got there. Love their pot pies ? ? Got home and when i opened the box, my chicken was SOOO OLD. People PLEASE do not eat from here. They ARE HORRIBLE, SELLING OLD MACARONI. PAID over 50$ for a BUCKET OF OLD CHICKEN AND SIDES! NOT HAPPY!!
Drove thru drive thru ordered dipping taco.First they gave me chicken nuggets then the taco was all broke up. The manager got the orders mixed up then had an attitude when I told her it was the wrong order. The lady from the back window had to tell her too. More attention to detail b/c no one wants an order that was given to someone else first. (Germs)!!!!

I give up on KFC in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, 8pm and their is no chicken. The young lady taking orders was very polite and professional, yet it's poinless when when a chicken restaurant has NO chicken. They should take KFC name down and stick with Tacobell since that's all they had.

It's was my first time visiting a KFC restaurant and the GPS brought me to this location I'm so upset I wanted to eat at the restaurant the general manager had an annoying attitude she didn't give me cups for my drink and didn't give me a good costumer service I expected the worst location to eat definitely the worst restaurant service they need to change that manager the employees were nice but the problem is the bald manager I don’t know why she’s working in that restaurant if she’s not gonna give the best costumer service and treat the employees nicely
