Probably the worse service I've had. Got my order wrong, food looked like it was heated in a microwave, biscuits were cold. Only thing right was the mashed potatoes.

I have given this place multiple chances. I have tried ordering through GrubHub to make it a quicker experience only to arrive there and she says she never received the order but it’s clearly shown on her computer screen. They are extremely understaffed and not at all professional. Whether you go through the drive-through or sit in expect for your food to take 30 to 40 minutes regardless if there is chicken prepared or not. This is specifically the Greenwell Springs rd location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Haven’t had this trouble anywhere else.

Best experience at a food place in a LONG time. Ms. Renee was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was quick to assist me and my father as soon as we walked in. 10/10 would recommend this KFC. Great way to start off the holidays. Thanks Ms. Renee and the kitchen staff!

Waited over 30 minutes just to get a 2 for 6 and my sandwich was hard so I had to turn around and wait over 20 minutes just for them to correct the issue. The workers where ride and cursing and the manager of the place was so unprofessional. She had on a while wig cap like who does that

Food was good but the speaker not working at drive thru. And the dumbest most impolite severs. Someone with a higher authority needs to pay them a surprise vist. I know I Will not be back at this location.

They had gotten my order wrong and couldn't go back because im disabled and my aid had done put me in the house i have to stop trusting these workers and check my order and the drive thru he was talking to another customer takeing they order while we listen to his conversation with the customer then he tells us to pull up at the window and place our order to me thats a little ratchet !!!
