I came on a sunday night and on a tuesday night and the manager Helena always goes over and beyond and super helpful. And it's very hard to find great customer service, even with a picky eater like myself, people like her needs to get awarded for her customer service. Rather, she get promoted or get some type of bonus incentive. But customer service is very hard to come by. And she delivers every time.

This was me and my kids first time eating from here and it will be the last… me and my daughter got our food pretty quick while my sons took 20 minutes… my tenders were so small they were basically nuggets…. The place itself looked like it’s been shut down for years… the door doesn’t close, it’s dirty as hell and the amount of bugs in the kfc lights above the tables were unbelievable… the only compliment I can give is the cashier who took our order was the sweetest lady!!

The location on Perkins is horrible. It's sad to say this l, but I think it's going to take someone getting sick from eating there before anything is done. The inside of the place is dirty and in ruins. There was actual dirt on the floors last time I went. Every time I've gone there, it has been a bad or not good experience. I had stayed away from that location for over a year, but about 2 weeks ago, I was craving KFC for lunch, and they were the closest to my work. I knew better but thought l, maybe after all this time, they would have improved. NOPE!!! The food was mosy warm at best.

Can anybody tell me why KFC charges almost $5 for a side order of mashed potatoes and the employee only puts a teaspoon worth of mashed potatoes inside the cup? I promise you it was only 25cent worth of mashed potatoes inside my cup, I don't understand what I was paying for, the cup or the rule employee 🤔 , I know that KFC would not lose any money if the mashed potatoes fill up the cup that it's served in. It's still overpriced, but I would have more respect if you at least give me 50% worth of mashed potatoes minus the attitude and move understanding. Don't give me more cup than mashed potatoes, especially when potatoes are $3.57 a bag at Walmart! Come on management it's enough greed in the world 🌎 already, don't add mashed potatoes to the list 🤔
This KFC is filthy! The health department is obviously not doing their job and checking these places out. This location on Bluebonnet needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick 🤢 yet.

Employees were pleasant and polite. The food is average. I just wish they would fix the soda machine on the lobby. It's been broken for years, and you can tell by looking at it. You can do better pesi co.
