Went to flordia blvd location after 10 am....which says they open for 10am. I wait in drive thru for a while only to be told by someone not in uniform in the window waving me down. Literally looked like a guy off the street. Regular clothes or like a city uniform like whatever job he does is dirty work like mechanical or something..., dirty hands and all telling me that nobody is here to take my order which was strange...my guess he was maybe the lady boyfriend who was in there with her..He asked her should I just come Inside and she told him no, cause no cashiers are at work yet. I asked when should i come back, they said they didnt know....this location getting sad. Where is management for this Florida blvd and Lobdell location

The staff were rude, the establishment was dirty and they had no food and refused to make anymore. Nobody had on a hairnet and their attitudes were outrageous. Will not ever patronize this establishment and I will be filing a corporate complaint.
Ridiculous!!! They were not busy and didn’t appear short staff considering their staff hangs outside sitting in their cars smoking! Waiting 35 minutes for food with no people waiting in front of me is insane!!

Ordered 8pc chickens , and when I came to pick it up the worker didn’t even hand it to me but tell me it’s right here under the warmer and make me come grab it. When I got home I open the bag it was old chickens and only 7pc. It was so bad i had to throw it away. The drive is 20min away so not worth to drive back there.I will never order from them again!!

The sign says under new management. But I went 2 nights in a row, and the staff was really nice, but when I ordered a 3 piece original. 1st night i was told wait 30 mins or just take extra crispy which tasted really old, and night 2 I ordered the same and was told they could only give me a breast and 2 legs. I got the order home, and I found out it was extra crispy again. No original
