I know it's fast food but the employees and the care and service they deliver are really impressive and worth the sometimes more than 30 minute drive to get the food.

Worst food I’ve ever ordered or consumed. The best thing out of my entire order was the side of corn. CORN the corn was the best part. The chick was cold and probably old. The fries were hard and cold as well. They had nothing they needed and don’t tell you they don’t have it until you get back in line. I placed a mobile order that wasn’t ready when arrived. The announcer asked what I wanted had to say that I was picking up a mobile order then told to go to the second window. Go to the second window only to be told to pull around front and wait. Only to wait while watching numerous cars come and go. The food is finally brought to the car, get back in line (bc the inside is being remolded) wait another length of time to be told the items that were missing is bc they don’t have them in stock. Why not communicate that, rather than just giver what you have? Those items cost money and should have been made know upfront that they were unavailable. This location needs to be shut down like the rest. Then there’s no way to contact anyone about it.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in so many years, and I was actually happy when I pulled up. I was thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the food. There were no napkins, the tables were dirty. The workers seemed to not want to be there.
The employee behind the counter having a conversation about a man hurting someone with a gun made my nerves bad...it's the fourth of July and I live in a bad neighborhood. Driving takes me away from the violence I see around me everyday. As soon as I come into the store for food this is what I have to listen to. Unprofessional and I won't be going back to this restaurant.

I gotta ask for ya to get with the program. If you’re no longer running a “promotion” could it be possible for yall to take the signage down? Save your self the frustration from a customers perspective, and save time for yourself to not need to explain it? Honestly wouldn’t be telling you that’s what I want to get, if I hadn’t seen it as an option. Corporate gets ppl to put up the signage, but no one can take it down. I don’t know it’s a promotion, limited deal. Get frustrated with the customer for asking, take the sign down and you wouldn’t need to waste both of our times now would we?

Placed pickup. Didn’t have what I ordered which would be fine if it didn’t take 20 minutes after my pickup time to get my food without any sauce AND if the chicken (you know the MAIN part of the meal) wasn’t ROCK hard. Fries, cherry pie poppers that replaced the potato poppers, and biscuit was fine. But inedible chicken 😐
