Ordered 8pc chickens , and when I came to pick it up the worker didn’t even hand it to me but tell me it’s right here under the warmer and make me come grab it. When I got home I open the bag it was old chickens and only 7pc. It was so bad i had to throw it away. The drive is 20min away so not worth to drive back there.I will never order from them again!!

The sign says under new management. But I went 2 nights in a row, and the staff was really nice, but when I ordered a 3 piece original. 1st night i was told wait 30 mins or just take extra crispy which tasted really old, and night 2 I ordered the same and was told they could only give me a breast and 2 legs. I got the order home, and I found out it was extra crispy again. No original

This location is garbage. Old chicken mixed with fresh chicken then when I called to complain the manager got smart with me and hung up in my face. I called back and she picked the phone up and hung it up again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. No wonder so many locations are closing down, look at who runs the locations. I don’t care what you sell customer service is the face of any business.

We placed a large order online today. My husband and son went to pick it up. Everything was correct, fresh and hot. My husband raved about the service he received while they picked the order up also. He said they were very nice and even helped him out with our order.

This is my second time here and both times have been a MISS! Absolute MESS!1. They don’t have some of their menus available but they don’t update their online website. Then they say they can’t change your order because it’s an online order. So you’re literally paying for what you won’t get.2. I ordered my food 20 minutes (to give enough time for the food to be ready) before I went there just to wait almost an hour at the store to get my food.3. I ordered hot and spicy chicken, they said they didn’t have enough and I have to get the regular because AGAIN they can’t cancel or make changes to my order!4. They decided to substitute my order to something else and they were completely cold and dry!The workers were apologetic but the assistant manager was right there and acted like she didn’t care! Absolute mess!

Horrible experience!!!! Went to kfc Taco Bell on Lobdell and they gave me SUPER OLD FOOD!! I’m talking so old it looks like it has been sitting for days. I asked the lady for a refund and they tell me to pull around to the front and took my original receipt. They had another worker come and asked me if I wanted Taco Bell instead and I said I wanted a refund. The lady then proceeded to bring the same chicken that was in the 20 dollar fill up box I just ordered and said that it has been made fresh. If I would have took that food home I probably would have had good poisoning. They were laughing like it was a game probably because they couldn’t steal my Apple credit card number ? they literally had my card in the back for about 15 minutes I am not making this up. Just look at the ice cold pictures below because that’s the temperature it was when it was handed to me and I was the only customer there.

I went and ordered twice on this mobile app they promote. DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP ITS NOT WORTH IT. I swear I ordered my food twice this week and when I arrived it's out of stock. And they can't even process me a refund. I have to go back to the app and it sends me to a website which then the phone number provided is not in service. And the virtual assistant does nothing but take me back to the same page. I tried to submit a request for a refund and it just shows me a black page. I had only a little bit of money until I got paid the next day. It's around 10 so I don't blame the workers at all. It's just poor timing and I just have to write that about the experience. I just don't understand why have a mobile app and not a live chat to help process refunds.
