I ordered from KFC around 9 o'clock on Uber eats when my delivery guy got there around 10 o'clock and they would not give him my food because they said they were closed when my food is just sitting there getting cold never buy again

well i like say good things for i say all bad..ahh not much say good but food was heated and fries was soft some what. but i order two burritos plain and fries. just got one and wasnt plain they dont greet you and sometimes short you on change i dont trip much i didnt even call them back say im missing food cus they dont pick up the phone. my first last time eatting here guess just dont go any place eat always review them before pulling up if i did that i would not come here no one like this place.. i always pass them up never think to try them till today when repair the roads say i want tacos. only place near by so now... i see why there is never a line in drive thru...no one wants deal with it... pick up hints if you see middle of the day no crowd forming their maybe means you should not form their either...hope they get better

08-21-24, around 1230, I went in to get lunch. I knew what I wanted, but the guy working the counter just ignored me. I stayed standing their for about 5 minutes, and he refused to acknowledge I was their. So I decided to leave and won't return to this restaurant again.

This KFC should be closed down or need new management. The people that works there is very unprofessional and rachet! The ladies that was in the drive thru on yesterday just took the cake. She was cussing as I pulled up and practically threw my food to me. The drive thru is always filled with trash and disgusting. I think the food was spoil or I was food poisoned bc that’s all I’ve eaten and I feel terrible. Wont be eating there anymore.I will be contacting the health department.

We haven't been going to KFC because every time we do we end up not having a good experience.. the last time we came to this location was about a couple months or so ago and when I say the service was AMAZING 100/100... they had the extra crispy chicken they triple checked our food the lady's there were just a breath of fresh air... But today going in... We already knew the same people were not there.. the service itself everyone there acted as if they had no clue what was going on.. the restaurant honestly don't know when the last time they cleaned.. floors were slick on top of sticky which don't know how that's possible.. you can tell it just hadn't been cleaned.. and I get people might not come in as much now and days... But you just never know when someone will.. food was just not at its best... We honestly left out depressed...
