I ordered at the wrong location while visiting family. They immediately offered to refund my money when I called even tho the order was already made. 5 stars because most places wouldn’t. Ordering at the correct location now and will review the food. I am a buffalo wing purist.

My friends and I stopped by KOK Wings on Government Street after White Light Night, and unfortunately the experience was not good. The cashiers were friendly when we walked in, but the service at the bar changed the tone of the entire visit.

When I first went to the bar, it was not busy at all, only one or two customers were there, and the bartenders were casually talking to a woman holding a baby while children were running around the bar area. I stood where the sign says orders should be taken, said “excuse me,” and waited, but I was completely ignored. The bartenders looked directly in my direction multiple times and still didn’t greet me or acknowledge me.

I tried again a second time, and the bar was still not busy. Same outcome, no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothingwhile other customers were being helped without hesitation. As someone who manages in hospitality, I know how simple it is to say, “I’ll be right with you,” especially when your bar isn’t busy. The lack of basic acknowledgment was surprising and unprofessional.

After my aunt mentioned the issue to a staff member, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, with staff staring over at our table instead of showing any type of professionalism.

On top of the service issues, my friends didn’t enjoy the food either, (after receiving it from an employee who just stuck the food on our table from behind us with no words at all, ) #rude describing it as a version of empire wings and lacking flavor.

Between being ignored at an empty bar, the attitude afterward, and the disappointing food, I don’t plan to return, and I can’t recommend the location right now based on this experience.

I been coming here since casey was manager and since the new manager took over this place just get worse and worse

chuck would not stop harassing my 18 yr old room mate it's disgusting you can't even come enjoy wings cause over grown nasty men act like they have never seen women before

trejon or whatever the OWNER promised us food but the kitchen staff was not trying to make our food we waited hours even after the owner said he would pay for our food they were talking about him giving out too much free food

A vibe.... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT... haven't been in a restaurant in sometime where the manager just comes out to check if everything is going ok.... size portions are enough & the wing flavors are amazingly good..

Its more on serve yourself.... I can't even say this is a restaurant. You scan the QR code on the table, view menu & go to counter to order, the only thing that they actually do is bring your food from the kitchen (in ToGo boxes) even if you're eating there also the drinks from the bar. Very much self service establishment now.

I placed a order online at 11:56 AM wasn’t ready on time. Staff couldn’t locate it or gave it out to someone else. I had to leave without eating to get back to work because it was now 12:22pm. Refund appreciated, but a discount or something for future orders for the inconvenience would’ve helped. Extremely disappointing.
It would be reassuring to see some acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I hope Kok Wings can take steps to improve this aspect of service.

Went here for the first time ever and it was amazing . Food was good. Service was great. Nice hospitality here. I live in New Orleans but I will be back ! Sweet heat wings bomb and fried fish bomb thanks yall!

Our first time eating at KOK Wings & Things — and wow, the food was delicious! Everything was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and the service was great the manager Talisha. We seriously wish we had one of these in Missouri! We’d be regulars for sure.

First, these are the best wings in town!!! I typically don’t eat wings ever, but I love these!

Unfortunately the service could be better. I’ve received the wrong food two times now, and that’s disappointing. I’m still going to eat here but moving forward im going to make sure I check the food before I leave
