Dirty tables. We were the only other customers presenting at Saturday at 5:00 ( which says a lot) the tables were all filthy with salt and chicken debris, presumably from the night/day before? We waited 30 minutes to receive an order of 10 wings and some fries. Staff not friendly and annoyed at our presence. Hope it closes soon.

Keith Lee should have given the fried fish and fries 9/10 or higher. Everything I’ve had from this place was delicious and great customer service.

I came to KOK specifically for crawfish after seeing multiple posts on their social media saying it’s available every Sunday. Pulled up with friends, ready to eat and there wasn’t anything. No update, no warning, nothing. In fact another customer said they came last week for Memorial Day also looking for it and was highly disappointed to see the restaurant looking like a ghost town. This isn’t just about crawfish. It’s about consistency and communication. If you advertise something weekly, stand on it or at least let customers know when plans change. People spend time and gas coming out here based on what YOU promote. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to hype something up and then not deliver. Do better.

This is literally one of my favorite places to eat, but the way I was just treated by security here makes me never want to return. I was walking towards the door when two guys got out of a parked vehicle telling me I needed to show ID. I honestly didn’t know if they were joking or serious. After they told me it was karaoke night (which I had no clue), I did show my ID. Afterwards, one of the guys immediately grabbed my purse saying he needs to search it. I told him you don’t just grab a lady’s purse; you communicate that you’re requiring searches for entry before you touch a person’s belongings. He immediately got mad and told me to leave and mumbled something about “this is what happened last week.” I don't have anything to do with what frustrated him last week, but I do know there are proper ways to do things. I have called the establishment to speak with a manager several times and gotten no answer. I am so disappointed in this place. This is no way to treat your customers.

We ordered delivery… food was hot but our order was wrong, the fish was soggy, the shrimp tasted like old grease. The best thing on the plate was the sweet roll and fries. Disappointed bc we had heard good things about the place and wanted to give it a try while we were in the area… $45 plus tax and delivery fees( not their issues) for a total of $65 worth of disappointment

Went to this spot on a friday night. Parking was non-existant. Charged a 15% extra fee for "entertainment" because they were playing music over the speaker system, def wasnt a DJ. Food was made to order & wait wasnt long. Server NEVER came to the table. Just barely an ok experience. Cant say Ill go back. Def not a first choice for late night dining option on the weekend.

Paid $13 for burned wings. The employees are definitely OVER WORKED. Not blaming the cook because there were only 2 people working. The place has the potential to be great. Even though there were only 2 ppl working during lunch hours, they were very friendly.

This place is extremely dirty and poorly under staffed. Ther tables are very very dirty. 1 star is way too high.

They are so sorry, they don't care about your orders. THEY DID WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND TRIED TO KICK US OUT FOR ASKING FOR A RECEIPT.

The worse service ever. They didn’t give me food and act like I didn’t order my food. And didn’t want to give me my money. Don’t go there if you hungry they will make you wait two hours

The food was amazing. Hot and seasoned to perfection. The only issue was we went there late, after midnight. The place was not crowded, maybe 6 people including us. We were waited on immediately but after an extended time we had to remind the attendant that we hadn’t received our food. I would still recommend it.
