disappointed by management, you have time to eat and if you finish or not you have to leave your food and get out of the place. To my understanding it a buffet and servers don't explain how the service and order works. my family and I sat for 30mins not knowing how to order also was placed on a table with all the sun glare in your face and a lot more and all that time was included in the 2hours as the buffet time. Will not recommend or will never go back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came to KPOT BBQ for the food and left raving about the entire experience. The food was great, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into a place like this. But somehow the service was even better. Shoutout to Stella, our server, who absolutely made the night. Attentive, friendly, funny, and on top of everything without ever hovering. She handled our table like a pro and cooked some of our food for us too! , even while I was clearly having the time of my life and probably making a bit of a spectacle of myself. Stella, if you’re reading this, thank you for making an already great meal unforgettable. And if by some chance you felt the same good vibes, feel free to reach out. Either way, KPOT BBQ has a customer for life.

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely disappointing experience. During our meal, a staff member accidentally knocked over a container of sauce, spilling it onto my branded attire and my partner’s apparel. The stains were not minor and affected a significant area of our clothing (photos attached). The sauce also stained our skin, causing discomfort and requiring immediate cleaning. We informed the staff and requested the manager right away. However, the only service recovery offered was a $40 deduction from the bill, which does not even cover basic dry cleaning, let alone the inconvenience and potential permanent staining caused. No offer was made to reimburse cleaning costs, address the staining on our skin, or provide compensation proportionate to the damage caused by staff error. The response felt dismissive and lacked accountability. This was handled very poorly, and for a restaurant of this scale, such an inadequate service recovery is unacceptable.

being able to cook and create your own meal was a lot of fun. food is super good. the only thing we did not like was how insertive the server was before all of our food came out. we wanted to learn and experience together how to go about things and when the server brought out just the meat she started putting things in our broth and putting the meat on the grill. I didnt like that. we went there for an experience together not to have someone just start cooking our food for us before the rest of the ingredients even showed up. I hope next time its better service and we can have a more personal experience.

DO NOT GO TO THE KPOT IN MURFREESBORO TN! I just walked out of this returaunt absolutely baffled! Me and my husband wanted to go (he HATES korean/hotpot he just wanted to sit with me to keep me company) we drove 45 minutes to go and when we walk in the resturaunt it is dead expect for 1 table near the front. We walk in wearing yoga shorts and matching tshirts and the hostess gives us a look, asked us how many. I said "two please" she then immediately turns to her manager and whispers something over to him and he walks up and asks how many again. I said "two but he isn't eating so we will only need 1 menu" he immediately interrupts me and states "if he's sitting he has to pay full price" i looked at him baffled and said "but he isn't eating he's just sitting with me" he then goes on to say 3 different times it was a "buffet" and a "high end establishment" my husband was becoming visibly upset and I told him I dont understand why would he pay 30$ to just sit with me. He then puts his hand up and says "look how am i suppose to know if hes sneaking food or not and I can see your getting offended". I couldn't believe what i was hearing and I just took my husband's hand and walked out. I will never set foot in this resturaunt again i believe we were judged the moment we stepped in for not wearing "high end" attire on a Friday afternoon when we both just got off work. Because why would the hostess immediately call the manager over when we had not stated at that point only 1 was eating. I am appalled and they just lost a customer who would have gone alot because i love hotpot places and this one is much closer than the ones down in nashville. Dont bother walking in you will be judged by your clothes and if you drip with money I suppose. Ps. This resturaunt is not high end at all and the fact his argument was it was a buffet you can go to shabu shabu in downtown nashville its buffet style and my husband can sit with me the whole time. Do not go here! Also just found out the managers name is Jeremiah and he is listed on multiple bad reviews on their Google reviews so the fact he is a common problem and is still employed is beyond me!

after hearing people speak about how great k pots were and seeing videos all over my daughter wanted to try it. the other day I saw that hazlet NJ on RT 35 was open so for lunch today i took my son who is 5, my daughter 9, and myself. it was a HUGE WASTE OF 75 DOLLARS. so you have to pick either from the korean BBQ or the hot pot. so my son and I wanted BBQ my daughter wanted both...the server told me if she wanted the soup we ALL had to have the soup which is an extra 5 dollar charge PER PERSON. if it was ONE big bowl of ramen to share id understand but they brought 3 individual bowls like ordering soup from somewhere else, so they basically force everyone at the table to add it if only 1 person wants it so that went to waste. shortly after starting to eat her meal my daughters stomach started bothering her weird... but anyway the food was already cooked so i asked the server if i could have a box to take the food home that we ordered and made, to eat home because my daughter didnt feel well. we didnt over order at all there was 3 of us we ordered a plate of garlic chicken, a plate of garlic shrimp, 1 plate of pork belly which is literally 2 slicices, and 1 plate of beef and a few veggies. if you have been here you know the plates are SMALL. so she said she couldnt give us a box but would have to charge us 13.99 a lb for the food to go...so my question is, WHAT DID I SPEND 75 DOLLARS ON? I didnt order more and cook it to try and take home just my first original order. also the food was bland no sauces or seasoning for the bbq they don't explain anything to you very well so if you've never done it you have no idea how long to cook the vegetables and everything else like potatoes and corn! they would take forever to cook. so they were hard and raw still after almost 35 minutes. this place is a ripoff and kind of a scam. when you go to dinner does EVERYONE HAVE TO ORDER SOUP AND BE CHARGED? NO so the manager came over and being my daughter wasnt feeling well he " only charged me 5 dollars" for food items already paid for. I dont recommend it especially if you have kids. and dont want to be forced to pay for things you don't want, oh and the Ramen we were forced to pay for that my daughter just wanted we weren't allowed to take that home either! its mind boggling. I understand at a buffet people fill plates and dont eat and then want to take mounds of food home but this was literally less than a pint of food for 75 dollars and that's their " lunch" price. I give the place a few months before they close. 0 out of 20 stars!

We visited the Connector in Dr Florence, KY, on July 4th during our road trip and were shocked by their lack of accommodation for children with special needs. Our 11-year-old son was charged the adult holiday price, despite being a very picky eater who would only eat rice. We requested a set meal for him, but were told that everyone at the table had to choose either the all-you-can-eat or set meal option, with no exceptions. When we asked if they could charge our son the kid's price, they refused, stating that they were strict about charging adult prices. They gave us two options: pay the full adult price or have our son eat alone at a separate table. We chose neither and decided to eat elsewhere.

Amazing experience at KPot! We loved the atmosphere and the food was great. I recommend trying the Beef Bulgogi. What really made night was our server Emily N. She took the time to engage with us and truly made the night more enjoyable. I highly recommend asking to be sat in Emily N’s section!

Wife and daughter went there the waitress was a no little rude and didn’t give options on tip % just took what she wanted. So not happy about that situation.
