Never answer the phones and the be on the phone not to answer it

We went in to buy a holiday box, and the experience was disappointing from the start. While watching them make donuts, we noticed the wall was dirty and sticky — you couldn’t even touch it without getting stuck. We then waited over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, and we weren’t the only ones in line. The only employee available was on lunch, and no one else stepped in to help until she returned.

When she finally came back, she didn’t seem to know how to ring up our order or what items were included. Once we got home and tried the donuts, the Snoopy donut had no filling at all.

For a $25 box, the donuts were cute but honestly not worth it. Very disappointing, and I’m not sure we’d return.

Worst Krispy Kreme I have been to in my life. The employees are rude and ignore you. I ordered in the drive through and proceeded to sit at the window waiting for an employee to take my payment and hand me my order for 15 minutes. Then once someone came to the window they retook my order before closing the window and walking away for another 5 minutes.

The doughnuts were Hot and extremely good even though the light wasn’t on. Every time I come to Baton Rouge, Krispy Kreme is a must stop. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend! A+++++!

Entered location not a single greeting from staff.....nobody at the register to take orders but still see plenty of staff around to at least notify other proper staff members.

The absolute worst Krispy Kreme I have been too. None of their coffee machines worked, their ice was out, they didn’t have any selection of doughnuts. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to go. Their workers were miserable. Trash all around.

We did a pre-sell fundraiser for our Rotary Club. The donuts were packed and ready-to-go. The manager Eric even helped load them in my vehicle. Great fundraiser, great experience.

I went through the drive-through at Krispy Kreme, and when I asked for napkins, the staff said they didn’t have any — even though I could see some inside. That was really disappointing. It’s such a small thing, but napkins are pretty basic, especially when you’re eating donuts in the car. I hope they can be more honest and helpful with customers in the future.

This place is scamming people I placed order online for the Halloween donuts and glazed donuts they lied and told the DoorDash driver they didn’t have what I wanted said they was going to cancel and I was supposed to get a refund but instead they put it as I picked up the order instead when I don’t even drive I never received my order that I paid for and they never answer the phone avoid this place at all costs
