Horrible! How you don’t have chocolate donuts at 4:40pm on a Wednesday and they close at 10pm? And it’s not the fact they didn’t have them, they weren’t making anymore! I drove 1 1/2 hours to hear that lazy nonsense what kind of establishment are you guys running???

This place is horrible from the service to the lobby. The employees are all horrible with service- they sit and ignore while u at the counter and walk around with ear phones/pods in ears. Hot light says 5-7 pm and I have been here twice in past couple months around 5:30 and nothing ready and they say another hour or 2 Very unpleasant place - needs overhaul with management in down Do better-

I made a pickup order one morning, and when I arrived, I used the door facing Plank like the posted sign says, only to be told I had to wait in the main line with everyone else. I could understand if I hadn’t already placed and paid for my order, but why offer pick up if you’re going to ask customers to wait in the main line anyhow?

They're always out of my favorite donuts when I go there and the employees are rude. There is a lot of construction in the area and even when there's not the place is kind of hard to get in and out of and they don't have a working drive-thru at the moment.
Parking: They are really bad about having enough variety of donuts like they're supposed to have.

I order my my donuts at 5:58am said itll be ready at 6:15am their drive thru closed okay cool i go inside theirs a guy in there already complaining i hear them tell him 2 more minutes he waits another 10 he mad cause the girl in there got a attitude already i tell them im picking up they walk to the back come back and say they dont have doughnut dots ok thats fine can i get a refund or what can i exchange it for she leaves for another 20 min im already losing patience another lady comes in she asked her what she had i see her fixing her order so when she gave it to her i asked her whats goin on with my order i been waiting for a while now she says oh you cant get a refund youll have to refund the whole thing so i asked her why didnt you just tell me that or tell me what i cam exchange it for instead of having me waiting when did you plan on telling me so now i am mad because on top of her having a attitude you had me waiting for NO REASON WHEN YOU COULD OF TOLD ME THAT FROM THE START. She didnt tell me anything and walked off a guy with glasses comes and he said ill start fixing your order sorry for that goes to the back and gets doughnuts that BEEN THERE ! What was the point of me waiting almost 40 minutes?!? Then on top of that the doughnuts were sooo cold and looked old like i waited that long and cant even get some fresh doughnuts customer service is horrible !!! And i will never be going back waste of my my time i domt know what was the girls problem but she was the only girl there couldnt see her name but on 1/29/25 moring shift she needs to have better customer service cause that’s ridiculous how long i had to wait for some cold ass doughnuts.

I hate the fact they leave the donuts out in the opening all day exposed to dust and workers Bodily fluids. They should have the Decency to cover the donuts and stored them in a clean area

I love Krispy Kreme but every time I order online and pick it up, my order is not the same. It's either not available at the store or they would just give me whatever they feel like pitting in my box. Also, the service is always slow especially in the drive thru. Just tonight I asked my husband to pick up my order and as usual it's not the same from what I ordered. You can do better Krispy Kreme.

We stopped at the Hollywood and Plank rd branch to give them another try but unfortunately the results were the same. The cream filled and lemon filled had no filling and the donut itself was dry, almost stale. When we told the woman at the window that we didn’t get all our order she argued with us and closed the window while we were repeating our order. I grew up going to the same location and I can promise you that it’s nothing close to what the Krispy Kreme reputation is known for. TOWN DONUTS IS OUR NEW DONUT ESTABLISHMENT

Very dissatisfying experience, I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES STARED AT ME AND DID NOT SPEAK AT ALL.
