Had some company in town for Mardi Gras and got some crawfish which is usually delicious .They were very tasty however there was about a quart or more of water in the bag which I didn't realize until we got home and poured them out. Check your bag for water before buying your crawfish!

I wanted to give zero stars but you can't post unless you give at least one star. I have been to other locations before but this was my first time at this location on Perkins. I bought boiled crabs. Not only were the crabs small, they were almost completely hollow with very little meat. The meat that was there was complete mush. These are the worst crabs I've ever gotten from any seafood place. They had to be thrown away.

This place is awesome!!! The food the customer service ! Man them crabs shrimp and potatoes omg the potatoes. You can taste butter in the seasoning it was so delicious!! I love this place I am going to be a new loyal customer!!!!! I went yesterday at closing time and even at that point the young man was patient courteous and very friendly, he was not trying to rush me out of the door so he could lock up . He allowed me to take my time and figure out my order. Hats off to l.a. boilers !!!!

I had an uncomfortable experience. While placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff member repeatedly commented on my physical appearance, he debated my menu choices, and then was pushy about getting me to try his crawfish and promoting it on social media. Additionally, when I got home to eat, I noticed that items were missing and my receipt showed that I was actually charged for a drink that I did not order.
I reported the issue to a lead staff member who promised to relay the information to the General Manager. I hope the restaurant can improve training and maintain professional communication and ensure order accuracy, so that all guests feel comfortable.

They have really good boiled crabs BUT their customer service is beyond great! My sister and I stopped in to get some crabs (first time) it was pouring down rain so we were waiting for it to slow down. The young guy who bagged our crabs went to his car got his big umbrella and walked us each to our car. Great seasoning, perfect boil, and amazing customer service!!!
