Seafood was really good and the service was awesome!
They have really good boiled crabs BUT their customer service is beyond great! My sister and I stopped in to get some crabs (first time) it was pouring down rain so we were waiting for it to slow down. The young guy who bagged our crabs went to his car got his big umbrella and walked us each to our car. Great seasoning, perfect boil, and amazing customer service!!!
Staff is very friendly and the product is always great.
This place has been my go to for a long long time.. over the last 90 days or so the great, welcoming, efficient employee that was always there is no longer:( now the people are quite rude and not friendly at all.. and product is not as good anymore and not ready when doors open..probably spent my last dollar there today..
Great food good seasoning
This is the most consistent and competitively priced crawfish place I’ve found between EBR & Ascension, ever since they opened that location. The seasoning is not dominated with MSG (MSG reeks havoc on me & my family), just enough spice for the majority, consistently easy to peel and the crawfish size fair for the availability in the season (I prefer mid season for easy squeeze, delectable, juicy heads and fullness of tail meat). It’s not about the size crawfish, but the quality of it overall.
Service is ‘usually 5 stars’, maybe a minuscule dent here & there. Give ‘em a break. Who has worked in a food service industry & hasn’t had complications with customers AND coworkers?
Complaints I see on reviews here, ‘mushy, yesterday boil, refrigerated, frozen, reused,…etc’, I’d ask if they have ever boiled crawfish, much less worked in a restaurant.
There’s very few questionable crawfish in the majority from La Boilers AND it happens.
Live escapees & unidentified maybes during sorting, cleaning, boiling massive quantities & a few that one wasn’t able to capture from the previous boil just is. Imagine all the swamp grass and water bugs that look like huge roaches from a live bag thats cleaned beforehand and you’ll never know it.
Grocery stores, especially our flagship local, and so many others will give you an absolute cheap bargain of 50%WTF?! Yesterday’s mixed in boil, frustrating peel of worthless mush, funk taste of ammonia & rot since it infected all of it, cheap MSG unhealthy seasoning? Was it worth the cheap price?
Yeah, expect those complaints from other places, especially Karen and the likes,… NOT from La Boilers.
Great tasting seafood. Great customer service when I called. I will definitely be back here!
Spicy mud water bugs
This my place.. they be on point.. been going there for literally over a decade and they always make me happy....I love yall fr... much respect
Very disappointed! The crawfish were a nice size, however they tasted dirty, they were dirty, and they were steamed too long in the ice chest.
I have had some decent tasting crawfish from here in years past but they definitely disappointed tonight!!

Very nice staff and fair prices.
Awesome customer service! Crawfish were amazing, perfectly seasoned and boiled to perfection. Good prices on seafood and sides. Yall are awesome!!!
Usually my favorite place to get crawfish. We went earlier and they were so muddy and dirty it was coming off on my hands and getting in our mouths. It would be all in the crawfish as well and it mad some hard to eat. Hoping they were just having a bad day
I called on Easter Sunday (my mistake) they said live crawfish truck would be there 2:00 and it would be 2.50lb well I went and picked them up and it was 4.89lb. So I spent $180 on 34lbs of live crawfish!!! ABSOLUTELY REDICULUS!!!
Service was fabulous!! We got a lil of everything. Turkey necks on point!! Crawfish and shrimp were seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be going back!!
