I couldn’t wait for cooler weather so I could get the potato soup! Unfortunately I was so disappointed by what I was served. The broth itself was delicious as usual, but the frozen potato squares in it were raw and undercooked ! When did you start adding premade potatoes to the soup? It wasn’t like that last November when I ate it for months! I’m so disappointed that you have joined the quantity not quality movement! Such a shame!

Excellent atmosphere, very French (including the music), clean, inviting, and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very quiet and great to have an enjoyable chat and time. Highly recommend!

Came in the other day to get my food to-go. Was immediately met with a very unfriendly worker. We didn’t pay much attention to it and moved past it, but as soon as we started ordering, she starts with an attitude. She’s slouched over the counter, not even fully behind the register, saying “what?” “huh?” and ignoring us multiple times. Very loud as well. It was just extremely unnecessary, we used manners and had a great attitude. We sat for a very long time waiting for our food, and watched her put at least 5 calls on hold, not picking up a single one within the time frame we were there. Another coworker also walked out with an attitude, ignored us, and was extremely unprofessional. Not sure who does the hiring process here, but if I acted like that at my service industry job, I would immediately be written up. Also, not to mention, she got our orders wrong and charged us for a full sandwich, after explicitly saying we wanted the pick 3, 1/2 sandwich deal. Was going to go back in to ask to speak with someone and get a refund but didn’t even want to have to deal with waiting another 30 minutes. I am never like this, but their demeanor was very unnecessary and I would never treat a customer like that. So so unprofessional, DO BETTER.

Absolutely unprofessional service from the management at this establishment. We placed our orders over a hour ago and sent someone to pick them up. Upon arrival the restaurant stated that they have not received the order. Then the manager stated that the staff decided instead of working on the order they decided on not fixing our food and will refund instead.

The bacon was burnt and the potato cake was over cooked. The crepe was cold, amd previously refrigerated. How hard is it to make a fresh crepe?? Not hard. Very disappointed with this restaurant.

We have been eating at la Madeline's for years at many different locations. Our service was great. Our pastries were ok. They used to be great. My quiche was not flavorful. There was little to no ham, bacon, or cheese. Crust was not cooked on the bottom. I was very disappointed after we made a special trip to go by cause it's always been one of our favorite spots, but it looks like we will be searching for a new place to get pastries.

I have never been to a nasty La Madeleine until I came to this one. For some reason a bunch of lights were off. It took a while to get served at the register. My turkey bacon was a weird off color (hoping I don’t get sick from eating a couple bites) and the pièce de résistance, a dead roach on the floor we saw as we were leaving.

You can’t go wrong with La Madeleine’s! My fav is the garden salad 🥗 with chicken on top & ice tea!!! They never disappoint! However, like so many incredible restaurants, the acoustics there during lunchtime are very loud!

Cool place; great atmosphere. Unfortunately did not find the food all that tasty; frankly probably because food was extremely hot and burned my tastebuds.
