I was so disappointed with my meal. I have a gluten allergy so I ordered grilled chicken, potatoes and soup. The mashed potatoes were cold and had a funky flavor so I asked for a side of broccoli. When I received this it was molded. Will not be back over here.

This is a casual breakfast/lunch spot. I love their strawberry sauce. Took my daughter here for lunch, and was informed that kids eat free on Tuesdays! I didn't know there were still restaurants that did that sort of thing, but imagine my pleasant surprise! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean enough. Not a super fancy date night spot, but a great little casual lunch spot. Super reasonably priced.

We love la Madeleine. The French ambiance and food fare is unique. We typically visit for lunch or dinner, but this review is of breakfast. A really decent choice of breakfast/brunch items. The coffee is self-serve so you can select the Americana or French roasts. Their pastries are spot on!

I normally like going here, but last time I went I was not too happy with the service and cleanliness, chair and tables were still dirty after what seems like they already cleaned it, the trays and utensils were not clean! Very disappointing!!!

Worst experience ever.
There was roaches in the window sill, and the glasses were disgusting with particles all over them. Food did NOT look fresh. Probably not going back.

We watched the woman taking orders, take an order touch the cash register, plates, and counter. Then proceed to put her UNWASHED hands into the salad and pick stuff out. The salad that is to make customers salads. I came in for an Almond Croissant and a salad. I did NOT get a salad. The restraunt is filthy. Dirty table and floors. Only two other tables are occupied. There is a dead dragonfly on the floor, along with trash and crumbs. The soda machines are not working. The woman at the cashier kept trying to sell us a soda. From the fountain. Until I told her several times, the fountain is broken. I can see four dirty tables from the corner I am sitting in. They have been empty for at least fifteen minutes.

I hadn't been to this location in years. Was sad to see how down hill it's gone. Food on display looked unappetizing. Cashier didn't explain the process of how our food would be served... what we'd pick up immediately and what would be brought to table. The bread was pitiful. The servers who brought food did not know what they were serving. Very disappointed

The food was just ok, it use to be better years ago. Could be cleaner too inside. For being in Perkins Rowe it should have some better standards.

I will say this woman Alexandra Bourgeois really made our experience the best because she went above and beyond for my son and I. Her smile was on the whole time we were there and it seemed like she really cared which made the difference.
