I came here for brunch the other day and fell in love. The patio is super cute. The music was great. The servers and hostess were so sweet. They are also pet friendly if you'd like to bring your pup on the patio. They have a bunch of different options for mimosas. The coffee is amazing The pancake board was great but it was a little too heavy for me. Breakfast burrito and grits were absolutely perfect. I would 100% come here again

This little café/coffeehouse was so quaint and amazing. The food was fabulous, and the decor just brought you back 75 years. Definitely worth the 12 mile journey we took to get there!

Breakfast with friends is one of the highlights of life and how great is it when you go to a hidden gem like Leola's? The design of the building is kitschy...all pieces from other pieces are made into one thoughtful patchwork. It's quite interesting to see. The food was beautifully plated and tasted as flavorful as it looked. I ordered the Bro-rito without the flour tortilla because I have Celiac. My favorite of all the things was the potatoes dipped in the chipotle sauce. The grits weren't cooked enough for me...I prefer them to be more creamy; I don't know if they were made firm because that's how it's served in the burrito. The fruit was refreshing and the pineapple mimosa was delicious!!! The service was great! The young lady was attentive and accommodating and made sure our dining experience was the best. There is one caveat to this wonderland...there are things put in place to make it handicap accessible; however, a person in a wheelchair would not be able to navigate the ramps alone unless they had a motorized chair or an added modification such as a smart drive to push up the ramps. The ramps are not practical for a regular wheelchair if the person is dining alone.

Food is mid to good, but you will be paying for atmosphere. Lost track of the time between when we sat down to when we got water. Just the coffee took 10min. The place is more suited as a place for a group of friends to hang out for an hour, because that's how long you will be there.

Tried to have brunch here, and I think the most descriptive term I can come up with is "chaotic." After waiting an hour for our food to arrive while watching late-comers get served, we assumed our order had not been put in and left for greener pastures. The Bloody Mary was good, though.

Very overpriced for the amount of food we received and the service was terrible. I can understand why it took so long to be seated and even why it took so long for our orders to be taken--it was busy and we had a large party. The problem was that the drinks (e.g. water, tea, soda) shouldn't take long to prepare but we're distributed throughout about an hour. Everything was staggered oddly. For example, one person never got water but three people got their actual drinks, and two got their food already but one was still missing a drink. Additionally, things like sugar, creamer, syrup, etc. should come out with the drink or food that goes with it. But my coffee was cold by the time I received my creamer. I ordered eggs over hard because I'm pregnant and can't have raw eggs, but they brought me sunny side up eggs. After sending it back, they brought it back out much later and they didn't remake it, just cooked the eggs longer. This would normally be fine, but it was on avocado toast. So by then the toast was cold and soggy. The pancakes were incredibly dense and tasted undercooked. Also, it's SO cramped. We were seated upstairs and my back was to another customer. The waitresses had to walk around that table yo reach my husband on the left side of me. It was very off putting. And finally, they added gratuity without mentioning it would be put on the tab. Yes, for larger parties it's custom, but usually there's a sign or mention of it. And it was hidden in the charges for the meal. Definitely not going back. I wouldn't waste your money or time here either.

We ended up here for the first time last Sunday because Simple Joe's had waiting out the door! Looked like a cool spot and we were excited about a new place. But, expectations immediately sank as we walked up to the hostess and she said, with the most miserable look on her face, CAN I HELP YOU???? my response, YES WE HAVE COME HERE TO BOARD THE MOTHERSHIP WITH THE OTHERS. WE HAVE COME FOR YOUR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS ON HUNTING BOWS??? no, I didn't really say that. I said, we would like a table. And we got one. And sat there for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement... Finally the adult child with the glowing rings on both hands who had been standing in the corner for 10 minutes playing on her phone, comes over and said, HAS ANYONE HELPED YOU???? nope... notta... nary... we ordered two coffees. Well I ordered a Cafe au lait, and she said she didn't know what that was and so we did 2 black coffees. While waiting for our coffees, the wait staff stood outside the kitchen letting curse words fly. I looked over at the young couple sitting next to us, with a child, my heart sank, and i told my husband, LET'S GO! he asked the ring girl to put our coffees in to go cups, she gave him a leaking cup ? you can't make this stuff up. We left and spent our $100 that would have gone towards that meal on 2 sausage biscuits from McDonald's and holiday goodies from Trader Joe's. If I could give this joint a negative star, I would!

Food was decent. Ordered hot chocolate which was luke warm. Asked the waitress to warm it up. I got a new cup with warm hot chocolate but had a piece of hair in it. I stopped drinking it. The waitress was pulled whichever way to serve a huge group so it was hard to get her attention. Ordered a mimosa which the waitress forgot to bring. If you like the vintage, quaint look, this place fits the bill. Parking situation can be a nightmare if it's packed. Not sure if I'd go back considering there's other restaurants with more choices on the menu and less complicated parking.

It’s a really busy little place and I’m not a fan of the menu. There’s not much to choose from and The nachos were the best part of the meal. The pancakes did not have any flavor and were dry. Worst pancakes we ever had. Our waiter was not very personable and was very slow in checking on us!

Went for lunch around 12:15 and was very disappointed. Went with one other person and was immediately brought to a table and the same person came back with water and walked away. After some time she came back and asked if we wanted drinks besides water and got a mimosa and lavender martini on the menu. Mimosa came out within two minutes and we asked if we could place our order. Food came out 15 minutes later, still no martini in sight and one of the dishes was wrong. I asked for the martini under the belief it was forgot and was told it’s still being made. Got the drink immediately after that, clear it had been sitting. Took ten minutes to the right dish to come out which was a very underwhelming caprease salad. Lastly, never got checked on, asked another server for our check. Was told our server didn’t have time to check us out because she was training for bar. We were the ONLY table inside the restaurant.

We had reservations for four people. We were seated immediately. Food took an hour to get to us, it was cold, eggs were not cooked, sandwiches were yet to be desired. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Will not be back.
