We received excellent service at Lit on Burbank! We went to two different stores and both were out of pizza dough for a homemade pizza night with friends, and we thought we were just out of luck. We happened to call Lit, and they were so kind in answering our question and provided delicious dough to save the day!

I stopped because there was traffic on my way back to Nola. glad they had gluten free, was sad they did not have eggplant. liked that you could do olive oil instead of sauce. friendly and helpful and sweet workers. would go again!

I am from Nepal and this is the best one and similar to what I used to eat in Nepal. I love the thin crust and overall pizza from little pizza. I love how they prepare it on the spot. The place is also nice and staff are very friendly.

We love Lit pizza, but the Denham springs, La location can NEVER get the online order correct in the evenings. About 4 of us order several times online and every single time one or more of the pizza’s are incorrect. It makes us not want to order out, which we do often as we work evening shifts.

I accidentally ordered at this location. I called to ask them to give my pizza away, and the gentleman had SUCH great customer service. He said he would void the payment. I appreciated this kindness so much, and spent the same amount at a different location! I love Lit, and the freshness/quality is wonderful every time!!

the workers couldn’t get off their phones to make our food. the pizzas were not cut and they put way to much cheese to where it was cumpletly falling apart and inedible.

Disappointing. My calzone was baked just enough to cook the bread and melt the small amount of cheese within, but all of the ingredients inside were left essentially raw. Among the vegetables inside was an entire clove of garlic - who wants to eat that? The calzone was not *bad* but was very bland, and did not at all resemble the rich and decadent meal, stuffed with rich sauce and layers of melted cheese, that a calzone is meant to be.

Got a pizza today. Person that made my pizza was amazing, but the one who took my pizza out the oven slid my pizza and it stuck to her spatula then continued to try and shake it off causing all my pizza to end up on one side of the crust. Then made the excuse that because i had a little extra sauce added thats why it happened. Even though she had to grab another spatula to pull my pizza off the other one.
