Great food for a low price. Employee taking order was very nice and the food was pretty good :) waiting for the food in the parking lot after the order was placed was kind of a bummer but they had no problem finding us and handing over the food when it was ready.

Besides this girl running her car into the back of mine as I'm trying too pay for my food. It was what's expected. I love all the crazy puffed but upset the Mango Madness drink is gone.

I went in the store along with my 2 year okd toddler yesterday around 6pm the manager and cashier was standing at the front counter the manager asked if i had pick up or if i was placing i told her i placed my order online but i needed to pay in the store that was that so the young lady working the cash register proceeded to try an accomidate another customer that was behind me i told her that i was here first and needed to pay for my ticket i placed online. All hell broke loose from there. I then told the manager that the cashier was very rude as she was making me the topic of conversation while she was so called on the phone so when i said this to the manager she took up for her an basically made it seem like i was tripping. Ok cool so still waiting on my pizza the lil cash register girl began to talk sporty basically going back an forth with me both of is gt frustrated an began arguing at this point i took out my phone to record her in which she proceeded to assault me by knocking my phone on the ground mind you again this is in the presence of my 2 year old child along with me being 6 months pregnant. So when she did that i said your going to jail today in which the manager responded no shes not an proceeded to to call her a ride to come get her so she can elude the police during this whole alteration the manager never apologized she was not sympathetic at all!! The manager is kin to the girl on the register that i had the altercation with thats why she was so dismissive about this young lady’s behavior i pressed charges and got my money back throughout this whole altercation the only one who stepped up was a worker that was making the pizzas a white lady an i hate to say it like that but i never gt her name.! THE MANAGER THE BIG BLACK SMALL PONYTAIL EXPEDITION BUILT LADY WAS RUDE AN TOOK NO STEPS TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER! My ADVICE IS FOR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THEIR PHONES CHARGED TO RECORD THEIR BEHAVIOR 🤬

I’m not typically one to write reviews…. Typing this as I’m currently standing in the store, the service at the location on Government street is absolutely horrible. I placed on order on the app to go through the drive through and got to the drive through and had a car in front of me. Waited 10 minutes before the car in front of me pulled off, so I pull up to the window and see nobody inside. I wait another 10 minutes and still nobody, so I pulled around front and went inside to find many people just sitting and waiting and probably waited another 5 or so minutes before someone came to the counter and asked if anyone inside drove a white SUV. We all responded no and the lady went outside with someone’s food to bring it to there car. I’ve been in here for 15 minutes now and no one that works here has said a word to me….. my food was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Absolutely ridiculous. I would recommend to everyone to never go to this location even if you have to drive a little further. You’ll probably save time driving further.

I tried to call in and no team member picked up the phone.

I’ve been calling since yesterday since I have not been able to physically go there yet..to either get refunded or breadsticks remade I go thru customer service call center they connect me with actual store some one there keeps picking coughing and hanging up… the meal I asked for was cheesy breadsticks add pepperoni n sausage…I wish I could post pic so you all can see what was made it’s horrible…

The people here are rude. I asked the woman working if my crazy bread was supposed to come with sauce and she just pointed to my receipt where it said crazy bread and then turned around and started helping another customer.

I Went in at 1030 to get one pizza and they told me all I could get was whatever they had available because they already shut down everything. I’ve been there at a later time and they still took my order. Horrible service.
