I’m giving four stars because the pizza was good and the order was on time, however the staff were not very welcoming when we called our order in over the phone. Very curt and rude, lacking in customer service to say the least.

Bad customer service today August 30th at 8:00pm the black guy with dreads says they are not making pizzas right now, and it’s a hour wait. I didn’t see any cars or any pizzas being made. Very disappointed!! I drive to Baker and had no problem with my order. Do not recommend, and someone should get fired!!

I went thru the drive-thru. There was no one else in line. After I paid they told me to pull up to the front to wait for the food and they would bring it out to me. I waited 22 minutes amd still had to go in to see what the delay was. My food was sitting on the counter. Who knows how long it had been there but it was still hot so I just took it and left. This store needs to step it up
The big fella with the dreads that works here has an attitude worse than me!! No customer service at all. Looked at me like I was bothering him when I asked for my order. So glad I wasn’t the company’s secret shopper, he’d be gone!
