did a mobile pickup order ahead of time and still wasn't ready 30min later. it's a very small space to park especially on busy days. ordered some crazy bread inside and waited 20min and the bread sticks looked more like dough balls thrown together.

Went in to pick up my pizza that I ordered online at 6.52pm on Saturday. Said it would be ready at 7:17-7:22. The worker in the drive through could barely stand up and eyes were closed. Just said pull to the front and had trouble closing the window . After 7:30 came and no update on the app and I’m sitting out front I decided to go in but the door is locked . A paton soon exits and me and 3 others who had been waiting well over 30 minutes went in and the employee came and locked us in the building. I unlocked it and another person came in. These people weren’t causing any issues just wanted our pizzas . The other employee comes back and locks us in the building again. I told him he can’t do that. He said that his manager and the central Louisiana police department said he could . I got a refund and another Patron cancelled their order . This place should be closed if this is how you run a business. Never again would I eat there .

There’s this young lady that works at the front window and she’s very respectful and well mannered. Every time I go there she has a smile on her face , she just brightens up my day ! The food was amazing, and the service was wonderful and I always received my order perfectly.

Orders are wrong more than half the time. Toppings not spread to the edge leaving big crusts. Just ordered ahead two cheese pizzas. Got one cheese and one pepperoni. The pepperoni was the one that had the order slip stuck on it showing two cheese...

Busy staff but attentive to guests coming in. Sometimes, the stuff that's ready had been there a bit too long. No real consistency between visits on pizza; sometimes it's cooked to perfection, sometimes of done, sometimes the ingredients are well spread and promotional sometimes not so much.
