I definitely like the longhorn steakhouse. It is our most go-to place, diversity, I guess you're in pretty quick sitting down. It's all been good experience

First time trying Longhorn and it did not disappoint. I did curbside ordered the Outlaw ribeye with the Parmesan crust. Aside ceaser salad, loaded baked potato and ordered and extra side of the Brussels sprouts)
I ordered my steak medium rare and was cooked perfectly! The steak was immaculate. I wish I would have tried it without the Parmesan crust to really get a taste of the steak on its own but it was great. On the salad there were slices of Parmesan which I loved but it was your regular everyday salad. I’ve never had Brussels sprouts before and I’m glad my first time trying them was at longhorn because now I can’t get enough of them. I have tried to replicate these at home(they were good) but now longhorns. Only issue I had was with my baked potato. It was just a bit undercooked and I like my potatoes fluffy and this one was not. Overall I was completely satisfied and will eat here again next time dinning in for the full experience.

Steak was med rare & I asked for it med well. The To go orders always take 30 min after the scheduled pick up time. I always press curbside and still have to go in to get it. I love this place so it makes me sad that it’s been like this the last few times I went.

Came here tonight and the service and food was amazing! Hostess was welcoming and got us seated right away. Our server, I believe the receipt said her name was Nancy, was on point! She was quick without rushing us and had us fed and out of there within 30 mins! Some of the best service I have ever received - so kind and warm!
We ordered two steaks each with no sides. She brought us extra sour cream and butter to dip our steaks in. Steaks had a nice sear and were cooked just as we like.

I'm from San Antonio, TX. I've been to longhorn in SA and in Phoenix, AZ. Baton Rouge, LA had the best Flo's fillet of the 3. I always love the food and atmosphere. My waitress Aria was very attentive and friendly. Good customer service and timely with my order. Great job to the team.

I ordered curbside pickup. I got the 7-pepper NY strip. I ordered it to be cooked medium-rare. The steak overcooked, it was more medium-WELL, which is not pleasant for this cut of meat. This is the second time in a row that I’ve been here and my steak has been overcooked. It’s like the cooks only know one temperature when cooking steaks.

I also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese. It looks better online than what I got. The cheese sauce wasn’t too bad, but LH puts ONIONS in their Mac & cheese…who puts onions in Mac & cheese and why??? Also, the outside of the container it was packed in was filthy.

The server who brought my food out was very nice, I didn’t get her name, that’s about all that I have good to say.

Ordered curbside online. Food was ready on time & delivered curbside on time.

Firecracker egg rolls-too salty but had potential to taste good if it was crispy & less salt. The avocado crema was good. Not spicy at all.
The spicy chicken bites I did not like either. Too chewy & idk what the yellow sauce is but didnt taste good either.
Mashed potatoes-decent
THE Cheesecake flavors were lovely. The crust fell off easily so it was more cheesecake crumbles. Wish there were more nuts, caramel or drizzle of something. It felt so dry.

Overall, this was a last resort place & it highly disappointed but that's expected with chain restaurant.

This location is horrible. This is my second time here in a few months and each time I come, the service is nonexistent. I’m typing this as I sit in a nearly empty restaurant with several waitresses and have only had one drink. No refills, no servers visiting tables to make sure you’re okay and over cooked food. If I would have wanted a well done steak I would have asked for that. I truly don’t like being this kind of person but the overcooked chewy food is one thing but no drink to wash it down? And the butter served with the bread today literally seems as though it came directly from the freezer. I’ll go on another hiatus- horrible job staff.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary and it was great! No supermarket label on my lemon, my steak wasn't blue, and our bellies are full!
