I got takeout. The birria tacos were good until I got to a huge piece of fat with what looked like veins in it and ruined my appetite. The beans were a little salty but not too bad, and I really liked the rice. I ordered queso chips and got no chips. They gave me queso but nothing to go with the queso :(

Just a warning. If you’re a customer ordering through a delivery platform, please note that this company could care less about your delivery. They will make you wait to service those inside eating. So if you’re wanting food, go inside if you want to hear the LOUDEST music ever playing while you try to enjoy a meal!

We ordered the food via DoorDash, but omg. It was SOOOOO GOOD. I got the birria tacos and it was amazing. I’m sitting here writing this review so happy and full. I made a good choice for today’s lunch. I wish I’d taken time to take a picture before I started, but I think the one I’m attaching is good enough evidence that everybody should give this place a try

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited for 40 minutes before the cashier/bartender got someone to translate to me that they never got the order & couldn’t make it. They claimed she didn’t speak English but she told me 20 minutes into my wait that they were “making it.” There was plenty of people in the restaurant to translate this when I arrived instead of wasting 40 minutes of my time and watching me wait for nothing!

Food is very good, taste and freshness is good! Service was not so good, it was less than average. She took a while to comeback and didnt give us refills the whole time we were there. Our food took forever, prob about 40 min. Looks wise the place is nothing special. If the service would have been good or at least ok, id deff go back. It s so sad that i have to give this a 3 stars even though the food was amazing.

Paid 50$ for two taco plates delivered gave me two small containers of rice with drinks and soup pulled everywhere when I asked to pick up my food I paid for they hung up on me and owner said I’m out of luck!

Baby!!!! When I tell you the BEST birria tacos in Baton Rouge!!!! I order delivery at least 3-4 times a month. They are amazing! Great flavor. The meat is not fatty. The consume is delicious! I pour the green and red sauce in the consume and dip like that, but do as you please. I promise I'll post a pic the next time I order.
We love this place! Try the ceviche anthrax & the hot dog. Birria tacos are delish too. Enjoyed everything we have ever had here. Amazing service, super fresh, wonderful flavors! Very authentic.

Their food is good but their attitudes are piss poor, to say the least. My partner and I frequent the restaurant and have gotten extra verde sauce from them. It’s not like we are ordering 2 tacos and asking for 5 sauces. Only two green sauces seem to come regardless of the amount of tacos you purchase. In recent visits when picking up the food, the girls in particularly who give out the orders either give you a nasty look when you ask and, more recently, have lied and said they can’t give out extra.My partner and I are non-Hispanic so I’m half way certain that this is also biased behavior.If you do want to support the business, I highly recommend doing only delivery orders. The food is good but not enough to deal with implicit bias and prejudice over sauces that they have in extra supply.

I placed an order over the phone. I asked for extra toppings under the impression that they only came on the tacos & not on the side. I was charged $10 for family sized orders of cilantro, lime & onion that I hardly used. Also, instead of the shrimp tacos I ordered, they replaced them instead of offering me my money back. The “Marlin” tacos I ordered looked nothing like the instagram post and had a very off-putting fishy smell & taste that I didn’t expect. Overall, I think they should improve their menu descriptions, maybe include some pictures of their menu items & adjust the amount/pricing for extra toppings!
