Our recent visit was completely ruined by Danielle, who treated us horribly from the moment we walked in. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. She acted like we were a bother rather than valued customers. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here, especially with staff like Danielle representing the restaurant. This was supposed to be an enjoyable night out, but her behavior left us disappointed and upset. We won't be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if you expect to be treated with basic respect.

I dined in for the first time last night in a bit of desperation after being locked out of my house and my phone died. Luckily this place is within walking distance from my house. The hostesses Lizzy & Emily were so sweet, welcoming & accommodating. I instantly felt right at home. Emily led me to the bar so I could be close to an outlet for my laptop and the bartender Danielle greeted me immediately and was very friendly. I came in for a margarita, some chips & salsa. Danielle was always there if I had a question or needed anything and checked on me several times throughout my experience. These three ladies turned my day from awful to pretty dang good in just the hour or two I was there. Thank you so much ladies! I’ll definitely be back with my friends!

10 of us came into the restaurant on Friday very hungry and thirsty after my sons baseball game. It was packed but thankfully, we did not have a crazy wait time! The atmosphere was great, maybe a little loud, but we definitely contributed to that as well! Keep that in mind if you or your partner want a quiter place for a weekend night. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and all the servers were hard at work. The atmosphere was very lively! Our sever was a handsome young man with the most beautiful curly hair I have ever seen. His name was Hakeem k. He was very organized and handled our table with ease while serving other tables. He was very patient with the children, even when one spilled their drink, of course. I had the carne asada topped with grilled shrimp and a frozen sangria margarita! It was top tier, it came out sizzling. When I seen the way it sizzled and smelled, I was like this is what I came to a Mexican restaurant for!!! All 10 of us ate everything and left nothing to bring home! We walked out very full and overly satisfied. My son does not like beans, but absolutely loves their bean dip. Hakeem provided a great dinner with a show! Haha. I can't find anything negative to say. If you want Mexican food on lsu campus, you absolutely have to give this place a try!

Our server, Hakeem, had us smiling and laughing the minute he greeted us! We showed up with literally one minute left in happy hour, and he still worked us in! We had the asada and birria tacos. For drinks we had the pomegranate and sangria frozen margaritas. The food was fresh and hot and bursting with flavor. Hakeem helped us decide and we are glad we listened! This is what every restaurant experience should be like! Hakeem was very attentive, yet non intrusive. Great atmosphere, amazing food and service. I will be back and I will bring my family with me next time!

While the atmosphere is great, you should never be sitting at your table for 50 minutes before someone tries to take your order and 25 minutes for drinks to come out

my car was broken into in front of the restaurant and they refused to look at any camera footage or help us in any way. they were very rude when we asked who to talk to in order to get the footage. very negative experience overall, especially when someone in charge could’ve handed the situation so much better than they did.

I ordered the chili releno, and it was the worst I've ever had. It was dried out like it had been sitting for a while. The rice was also dry. I ate a couple of bites, and I gave up. I bought a coupon from 225 best eats and I was sure dissapointed.
