One of my classes got out early so my friends and I decided to find the new dairy store!! I love that they redid it. It feels much cleaner and is way more spacious. They had a wide range of ice-cream flavors to choose from and the girl who helped us was super nice!

Always enjoyed stopping by here before a Louisiana State university home football game for some ice cream. It is definitely better than Blue Bell ice cream.

I love coming here as a reward for being a good student. I usually check it out once a week as they have a rotating weekly flavor that is $1.10 post tax. It's definitely a great way to try different flavors. In my social circle, we love asking each other what the flavor of the week is throughout the week and sharing our opinion on it. They also do a punch card thing for milkshakes which are usually 3 scoops of ice cream so it's thick. The employees are usually super nice. Sometimes when the original flavor of the week is not available, they will give you your flavor choice for the price of the FotW. Also, they sell meat in the fridges, I assume they're fresh as heck as a result. I haven't bought meat here but I know others do, it's probably really good :) The tiger bite is a special flavor at LSU, it's vanilla based with blueberries. It's a little sweet and the texture leftover can be a little sticky in the mouth. It's hard to explain that but it's not perfectly smooth. The oreo is my favorite, they do it right here. Only issue about it is that it's hard to scoop so the employees don't usually make it the FotW as a result so I rarely get it. The vanilla is a classic and dependable flavor. I'm not a chocolate gurl but the double chocolate has a nice rich flavor. I also liked the chocolate oreo, it definitely goes well together. The mint chocolate chip when I had it was disappointing. It lacked the chips to balance the mint flavor. People really like the peach flavor but it just doesn't taste like peaches to me, maybe a hint of it but it's not that good. I don't really like the toffee flavor, I wouldn't try it again. The strawberry cheesecake was pretty good and I prefer it more than the blueberry cheesecake flavor. I remember having it 3x in one week. To summarize: S tier: Oreo, Strawberry Cheesecake A tier: Vanilla, Chocolate Oreo B tier: Tiger Bite, Double Chocolate C tier: everything else :P

The ice cream is delicious! It’s so rich and creamy! You can eat it there and they also have some pre-packed to take home. They have coffee and snacks. They also sell frozen beef, pork, and lamb. You will have to go through a gate to get to the store. A very nice lady issued a parking permit for us.

Very friendly staff. They have one flavor a week that is a reduced price (if you get a single scoop.) Yay! ?

Always a best experience...! Just take the ice cream and enjoy the oak shades and wind outside...!

Small selection of ice cream made on campus. Very nice treat on a hot and humid day. Not much seating inside, but there's a decent amount of shade outside if the inside is full. They also have a small selection of meat from various animals, I saw Pork, Lamb, and Beef in their freezer, if you plan to get any of the meat bring an insulated bag with some ice packs to keep it cool.

Been to dairy stores at multiple universities and this one just seemed a little bit dysfunctional in comparison to some of the others. The ice cream was great, it's just that the student staff all seemed to not know what they were doing. Also, the security gates are down during the day so it makes it very difficult to get onto campus to visit the dairy store.

Delicious ice cream treats. Could be biased though being an alumni and all.

A fan of dairy stores at other state universities, we enjoyed our visit with a scoop of Tiger Bites ice cream (yellow vanilla with blueberries). While we went with the mas ot themed flavor, we noticed that the flavor of the week is $1 for a scoop.

An oasis in a barren desert. The ice cream was unbelievably good when I first had it on a hot summer day in August. Definitely redeems the Panera experience in PFT.

Gotta try the ice cream there. My favorites are English Toffee and Tiger Bite. The Boudin sausages are a must too. Student affordable prices.

Stop there since it's been many year as a student. Only 3 parcels of beef which was unmarked ,( Soup meat),more packages of pork ,did not any milk ,several containers of ice cream .Need an upgrade if people are expected to give support.
