Great ice cream and great selections for things you can have mixed into your ice cream. I had a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of cool mint, and they were delicious. There is only one issue with the product. They are expensive AF. You can get a half gallon of Blue Bell for less than what you pay for a pint without toppings even added in. I'd only stop if you specifically want their particular flavors or it is date night.
I had a disappointing experience when ordering with two kids. I asked for small ice creams in cones, but only after paying was I told they do not offer smalls in cones and that the kids were given the largest size instead. That should have been made clear when I ordered, not after the fact.
On top of that, the employee who prepared the cones did not speak to me at all, only to the cashier, which made the whole interaction feel impersonal. Most frustrating for the kids was that they did not even get a chance to choose their mix ins. The ice cream was just scooped straight into the cones without asking them anything.
I also ordered a scoop of cake batter for myself, and it honestly had no flavor. It tasted like nothing. The whole experience felt rushed and underwhelming. The ice cream was below average, and the service really missed the mark. For a place that is supposed to be fun and customizable, this visit fell flat. I hope they improve their communication and customer interaction, especially with families.
Horrible service. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but this was a bad experience. The older gentleman taking orders and preparing it was rude. After ordering three cones without samples, he was upset that my wife asked to sample two flavors. He kept saying, “Mam? Mam?” before she had even tried the second sample. He was also upset that he had to mix toppings in the ice cream - which is the whole idea behind Marble Slab (and why we went there). The marble slab itself was still full of the ice cream from the last two or three mixes…
If I’m going to pay for marble slab (or even just ice cream), it will not be here again.

I wish I’d read reviews of this location before trying them. Ordered off a food delivery app. Received wrong order. Store claims it was drivers fault so they refused to resubmit the order. Made a second order which was (I can only assume) intentionally delayed until “too close to closing to fulfill”. I strongly encourage others to avoid this location.

I had a deeply unsettling experience at Marble Slab that I feel compelled to share. I was there with my family, eager to enjoy some delicious ice cream, but what I witnessed left me shocked and frustrated.
As we approached the counter, a young Black boy was in front of us, excited to order. However, the employee working there insisted that he pay for his ice cream before even allowing him the chance to look at the menu and make a choice. This policy was not enforced with anyone else around, which made it glaringly apparent that this was a biased and unfair treatment based solely on his race.
The young boy looked confused and uncomfortable, clearly taken aback by the requirement. It was heartbreaking to see this kind of discrimination in a place that should be about enjoyment and sweetness. When he finally received his ice cream, the whole encounter felt tainted by the inappropriate way he had been treated.
I took the time to speak with the management about this experience, hoping they would take it seriously, but it seems that there is a culture of ignorance permeating the establishment. It's profoundly disappointing that such behavior is tolerated in today’s world, especially in a community space that should be welcoming to everyone.
Marble Slab may have tasty ice cream, but the atmosphere of inequality and rudeness is unacceptable. Until they address these issues directly, I cannot recommend this shop. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and no one should have to face discrimination just to enjoy a simple treat.

No guy at the counter, comes out with no gloves, throws spillover ice-cream from one box to another. Asked for 6.99 regular with waffle cone and unlimited mix-ins as shown on the board. Tried to give me just ice cream in a cup, then just scooped ice cream in old stale cone and tried to charge me for the big 7.99. Did not even try to mix in or use the cold slab. Corporate needs to shut this down before the brand loses all its value.

Inside mall location: Took my 3 year old to get ice cream - lady did not want to give her a sample? Made a rude face and lost a sale. Corporate should revoke their franchise. Pathetic customer service.

Stopped by yesterday and ordered a Butterfinger Milkshake. The initial contact with the young man working at that time was very minimal. No greeting or anything. Not ignored or rude, just no real effort to greet or address a customer either. That seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays though.I addressed him and asked if they can make a BF Milkshake to which he answered a simple “yes”. I requested him to do so and he promptly went to work on it.The price is a bit high ($7.99 for a regular), but once he finished in just a few minutes, I paid and received my shake, again with very little interaction from the employee. The shake itself was fantastic. So quality of product is definitely 4-5 stars. However, the service lacks a little bit. That is to say the service from this particular young man is right on par with todays norms from this working generation, but that doesn’t really make it ok or acceptable. Still, I enjoyed my delicious Butterfinger Milkshake for sure.
My family and I love there ice cream so much. Best!

Went by this establishment and they had just closed. There were 2 employees inside. We, unaware that they were closed, stood, then tried the door and were nevereven acknowledged by the two. I WILL NOT patronize.
