Stopped by yesterday and ordered a Butterfinger Milkshake. The initial contact with the young man working at that time was very minimal. No greeting or anything. Not ignored or rude, just no real effort to greet or address a customer either. That seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays though.I addressed him and asked if they can make a BF Milkshake to which he answered a simple “yes”. I requested him to do so and he promptly went to work on it.The price is a bit high ($7.99 for a regular), but once he finished in just a few minutes, I paid and received my shake, again with very little interaction from the employee. The shake itself was fantastic. So quality of product is definitely 4-5 stars. However, the service lacks a little bit. That is to say the service from this particular young man is right on par with todays norms from this working generation, but that doesn’t really make it ok or acceptable. Still, I enjoyed my delicious Butterfinger Milkshake for sure.

Went by this establishment and they had just closed. There were 2 employees inside. We, unaware that they were closed, stood, then tried the door and were nevereven acknowledged by the two. I WILL NOT patronize.

I’ve never had an experience at a Marble slabs , like I did today . Katelynn was such an amazing and friendly employee. She was very patient with me and helped a lot . I can honestly say most times I go anywhere they rush you out but she made this experience personable. I will be going back, I enjoyed her smile and her outstanding customer service !

Horrible!! I made my daughter and I an order and as they were fixing it I went to the cashier and paid for our 2 shakes. While waiting, the cashier walked away to serve others and a guy walked up to the register and told me that I need to pay when I told him I paid already. Then the other man gave me the shakes, I grabbed 2 straws and I handed my daughter her shake and we walked away. Not knowing that one of the men went around the corner and took her drink away and told her she has to pay and walked back behind the counter with the drink that we already paid for. Not knowing what was going on because I walked to a garbage can to throw away the straw paper and that's when she ran to me telling me they took her drink because they claim we didn't pay. I walked back to the counter and had to argue with them that I paid and when the woman who had taken my money walked up they questioned her if I paid her and she was looking just as confused said yes and they gave us the drink back. That was uncalled for and very rude and accusing me of stealing. If a person is at the register, they need to stay at the register.

You might pay high prices for the ice cream, but you have to admit, it is some really good ice cream. The way they mix in the add ins. I love it! I always get strawberry ice cream.

All four of us got different ice cream flavors and none of them had any flavor. I also got chocolate peanut butter ice cream and it had red streaks all in it… not sure what that could be

Probably the worst service I've experienced in an ice cream store in my entire life. I understand the mall is very busy, but that's no reason to be rude. The man scooping the ice cream basically yelled at all of the customers and I didn't get what I wanted because he kept walking away and wouldn't listen when I tried to call him back so I ended up with the wrong thing. I also ended up with other flavors in my ice cream because they didn't rinse the scoopers in between orders. It wasn't worth trying to fix because he just yelled at customers instead of working out a solution, as I watched happen to the customers in front of me in line. Both my boyfriend and I ended up feeling sick after eating our ice cream too.

The owner is terribly rude and stingy. Claimed they don't give samples because of COVID, yet no other precautions seem to be taken. Each scoop was barely half the size of a normal scoop at any other Marble Slab, and he handed it to me without asking if I wanted toppings.

This is a great ice cream parlor! A clean establishment with public restrooms that have hands free dispensers (for the covid minded). And a VAST selection (and variety) of guilty pleasures.

Ordered 2 flavors expected him to mix it in. He tossed the stuff in there and said here and I said I wanted mix ins and he threw like 3 gummy bears covered in brown stuff probably other toppings and handed it too me no mix ins just sloppy junk in a cup
