I've been eating at Marina's for 20 years now. at least once a week. try the grilled chicken breast. It's the best I've ever had. no one else can compare. I love the small quiet atmosphere where I can actually enjoy the company I am with. the family that owns the restaurant may not be mexican, but make some great Mexican dishes, proving you don't have to be Mexican to cook the food. The family is wonderful, friendly, and very hard workers! I highly recommend...
This is a decent little place. There was a single person waiting tables and cooking the food. So, maybe I can't fault him for being less than welcoming. I really appreciated that the food wasn't super salty like every other Mexican place in Baton Rouge. Will definitely be back to give it a shot at 5 stars.
I can't wait to go back. Perfect chips and salsa, and I'm a snob about it. Guacamole was so good! The fish fajita was exactly what I needed it to be and more. The server was prompt and courteous.
