The ladies there that day and the lady who assisted me, were professional, polite, pleasant, and patient. In today's world with increasingly demandingly demonstrative people, I applaud the poise and politeness of these ladies who performed their duties proudly.

I’ve never had a bad experience here before, but unfortunately, yesterday was very disappointing. I walked into the bakery to pick up an order that had been placed online several days in advance. The young Caucasian male at the counter asked for the name on the order, and when I told him, he immediately replied, “I don’t have an order under that name.”
I stood there in disbelief—there’s no way he could possibly remember every single order off the top of his head. So I politely asked if he could double-check, as I was sure the order had been placed at that location, because it’s the ONLY location in the city. A few minutes later, he returned with the cake—but without so much as an apology or acknowledgment of the earlier confusion. Not a word.
When I looked at the cake, my heart sank. My husband’s last name was misspelled. Instead of “Hamilton,” it read “Hamiton.” Already feeling disappointed and defeated by the interaction, I quietly took the cake and went to the front to pay—too discouraged to even mention the error after how unpleasant the service had already been.
This experience left me incredibly disheartened. I’ve always supported this business, but yesterday’s lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable.

Rude, disrespectful cashier with glasses. This is the second time in a month she has talked to me with attitude for no reason. I expect better from WFs as a company. If you are traveling through go to Trader Joes much nicer and cooler people. DO BETTER.
