If you're wanting to shop for groceries, this is a great place to go! If you're wanting to do an Amazon trade in, find some place else. I made TWO attempts to come here for a trade in. The first one, I came in the evening and the nice associate did not have access to do so. I was understanding, and decided to come back a few days later during the day. Possibly when someone with access would be there (on a Friday). I approached the girl working behind the counter and stated that I had a trade in. She looked right at me but I guess it was her time to go so she immediately walked away as soon as her relief arrived and did not help me. Well, her relief ended up being the same person from last time without access. It was 2:45pm on a Friday afternoon, mind you. I work retail so I get it but come on! Absolutely frustrating and a waste of gas and a trip.

Whole Foods is the BEST place for groceries in Baton Rouge! I used to live close and stopped in every other day. It was clean, welcoming, excellent customer service, with everything I needed, and more! I now live about 45 minutes away, but stop in when I am in the area. Was there on Memorial Day. It was, of course, clean and even smelled nice. The store associates were welcoming and helpful, a few even stopped to ask if we needed help. Checked out all the ready food areas, and decided on smoked brisket, Whole Foods makes the BEST smoked brisket! We got a brisket sandwich and a brisket and sausage platter with cole slaw. Delicious! Got an extra smoked chicken to take home, also delicious. Took home other favorites, like blueberry scones, olives, cheese, brownies, and more. Thank you, Whole Foods for again exceeding our expectations!

I come here often and the people here are generally pleasant. But i am leaving this review on behalf of my mother. Dion whoever you are thank you for assisting my mother when she needed it. Dion sat with my mother for what seems like an hour assisting her with an Amazon return. She took her time with her and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you a thousand times! if i could give you 100 stars I would.

I know many people with good reason bash Whole Foods. I will not argue with them. Still for me, Whole Foods is a godsend. Even with the recent increases in delivery charges for fresh groceries with an added tip, the service is helpful to me. I am a semi-invalid for whom travel is by public transit and difficult. I think Whole Foods beats everyone but Costco and actually beats them for my needs. Whole Food products are as good as they ever were. Allegro coffees are top shelf. Produce is fresh-always. Prepare meals are expensive but fairly priced. Fresh baked breads are terrific. Cheese selections are a boon. The speciality cheese department IS wonderful. Frozen goods are varied and delicious. I can usually get grocery delivery eat a time. convenient to me. That mean a lot to me. Baton Rouge CATS does not stop conveniently near Whole Foods-well, it is near but hard to reach from the store. In inflationary times, we wonder about our ability afford groceries, but as long as I am able, I hope to access Whole Foods Market. I am thankful I live near a Wholes Foods Market. I have not shopped in person now for several years. I do not know how in store service is. I used to stop the Junior League types who shopped there. I would say they looked like they worked for Whole Foods and then asked from directions. Whole Foods is head and takes superior to Target, Rouses, and Walmart. It is still a great resource.

It was abysmal on several occasions recently. Especially in the bakery. I'd ask for help and they'd randomly point to where they thought something was. Well, they were wrong. They acted like my asking was a huge bother. When I couldn't find what I was looking for they said they must be out. Not so! I later found it.

The people in the specialty cheese dept were just wonderful. I ran out of my very favorite jelly and kept saying it was orange. They were confused at first but worked with me and helped me figure out what I was talking about (I mean, it LOOKS a little orange ) and then they FOUND It!!! I'm delighted and SO grateful for the caring, patience and excellent customer service!! I got TWO jars this time and am walking out of the store with a spring in my step!!

It's pretty nice here. They basically have almost anything you could need. I love the fact that they're GMO free and I love the huge selection of things I can buy from here. The store is also very clean and the workers are so attentive. I hate when it's busy but the self checkout line is usually pretty quick. Overall a great place to shop.

We have been to so many different Whole Foods in many different states. This location is one of our favorites! We are never disappointed with their service and cleanliness. The Asian food station serves beautifully delicious meals. The juice/coffee bar is also so well kept and the service on par.

Decent selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Love the meat selections I always get my chickens here because they'll cut any chicken up for you and I like that. Good bakery area and extensive wine department although the cheese department was much better before they were bought out by Amazon. I hate that they no longer have ice to keep your meat and dairy items cold until you can get home.
