Mary Lee’s Do-Nuts has long been a staple for many in search of a sweet breakfast treat or afternoon snack. However, my recent experience at this location was less than satisfactory, leading me to question its reputed charm.
To begin with, the doughnuts themselves did not live up to the hype. The variety, while extensive, did not translate to quality. There was also a noticeable lack of freshness, as if the doughnuts had been sitting out for too long.
Equally disappointing was the service. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Basic customer service courtesies, such as greeting customers warmly or offering assistance in selecting from the menu, were noticeably absent. They let me walk out with 6 individual bags instead of offering me a larger one-I was dropping bags everywhere🤦🏽♀️Additionally, the wait time was longer than expected, even though there were few customers in line.
In conclusion, my visit to Mary Lee's Doughnuts was underwhelming. The combination of subpar food and lackluster service means I won't be returning anytime soon. For those seeking quality doughnuts and a pleasant experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Whenever i seem to go to this location the cashier has an attitude, i get a simple order of donut holes and not all the times they are warm. This morning i waited in line for a bit never seen them bring fresh donut holes out so i asked the cashier does she mind warming them . The cashier stated , do you want to touch the bag they are warm if i warm them and they get to hard Im not refunding you. The attitude was uncaused for all she had to say was they was fresh and hot to assume i would ask for a refund on a $2 order is insane.

My first experience with this place was very unpleasant! I have never been to this establishment before and was treated very rudely. I am a doordasher and was simply there to pick up an order and was screamed at because I wasn't standing at the correct location the store employee thought I should be standing even though I had never visited this store ever in my life. From my experience I will never return there to give them my business. She should not be customer facing if she is going to treat customer in that manner.

I think Mary Lee has some of the best tasting donuts any where. Friendly service, but the Florida Blvd store is in DESPERATE NEED OF REMODEL OR A NEE BUILDING! It’s clean, just as old as so many other buildings on Florida in the Sherwood/Broadmoor areas.
Vegetarian options: NONE! It’s a Donut Shop!
Parking: Free parking of course, just has limited spaces, but most people are in and out in only a few minutes.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor but I’d think wheel chair access would be difficult
If you have time.. just avoid this one. Rather you go here early in the morning or around 10am.. the donuts always seem old. I went there at like 7am and specifically asked the lady were they hot.. she said yes, those donuts were COLD. How is that even possible so early in the morning? The one on O’Neal, taste like a completely different donut. I went there at 8:15am. The donuts were so hot and fresh that it broke apart
