I've been a customer as far back as I can remember. I get doughnuts or breakfast here 3-4 mornings a week. As many times as I have visited whether I walked in and ordered to go, took advantage of the drive through or dined in you would think I have had at least 1 negative experience or complaint. I haven't, I can honestly say each and every time I've stopped at the Mary Lee's on O'Neal Lane it was a great experience. The doughnuts and other treats speak for themselves and the owners, employees and other patrons are always a pleasure to interact with.

I will not be going to this location anymore. Everytime I stop here I get old or cold donuts. I literally just stop there at 5:57 in the morning to get old and cold donuts. You shouldn't have to ask iif they have hot donuts early in the morning when they are just opening. When I go to other locations I never have to ask for hot donuts they are always fresh. They need to do better.

I went there today, November 6, 2023 and the man was really rude and grabbed my donuts with his bare hands. I've noticed that the man and woman are very ugly with people of color and bend over backwards for others.They are NASTY in my opinion. Why would you grab donuts with your hands and try to sell them to me?I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from there.
