I Ordered a well done burger for my son and this is how we received it. The whole patty was not cooked. The fries were cold as well. They brought “fresh fries” that were still cold and it had a fried shrimp in them that the manager ended up bringing to us. Which just tells me they are in the kitchen rushing and throwing things together. The food was cold and the toast was hard as a rock. The manager took the burger off the bill and charged us for a replacement meal which was bacon, toast and eggs that we chose. We will NOT be returning. 0/10. The female owner has a nasty nonchalant attitude as well. Lastly I was told by a manager named Ryan plastic utensils are $1.50 and then another worker over heard him and said they are $0.50. Either way that’s ridiculous.

Worst experience ever. The service wasn’t bad, but the food wasn’t what I expected. My son’s food wasn’t up to his expectations and the manager only offered to remake the same dish over versus allowing him to order something else. Not a good definition of what customer service is supposed to be.

me and my friend came in to get dinner after not eating all day. she ordered a roast beef poboy. when it came out, the bread was completely soaked and soggy, with everything falling and DRIPPING OUT. now im a waitress at a restaurant that serves roast beef poboys, and yes the gravy will make the sandwich moist, but never should it be served with completely soggy and soaked poboy bread. she tried a total of two bites and it was disgusting. it seemed as if it was in the window for 10 minutes before brought out to us. we asked for a manager to deal with the situation and we were offered no alternative for the bad food. she sent it back completely whole minus 2 small bites and was required to pay for it because their so called policy says they cant do anything about it if the food is as it should be served. if that food is up to their standards, then the standards are crap. it was simply bad food that should have never left the kitchen like that. the manager who came to speak to us informed us of the policy and said we could speak to a general manager who was here. they were both speaking to us with rude attitudes after we were upset with the situation. they said the policy will not let them fix it. they made her pay for an uneaten, disgusting, poboy that got thrown in the trash. the guest recovery is terrible, and coming from a fellow server, i’m appalled at how it was handled. when most restaurants have an unhappy customer, you do the best you can to make sure they leave satisfied. well that certainly did not happen, and a hungry, unsatisfied, pregnant woman left with no dinner and scammed out of $20. the whole situation was handled rudely and left us shocked.

Customer service was horrible, experience waitress being rude and very uncooperative. Definitely did not approve if us being an interracial couple. DID NOT bring requested adjustment with order and when asked to adjust use profanity and unacceptable tone to explain why the order was the way it was.
The manager was even more rude than the waitress. Never go where people are treated like their money is not good enough.

Don't go there if you have kids! My wife and I and our 4 kids just eat there and when we got the bill they charged us a 20% fee for a big group. They need to be upfront about that because we wouldn't have eat there. And besides all of that the portions of food you get are very small.
