The food was decent with plenty of options to choose from. The service was very good. The atmosphere was nothing fancy, so whoever marked it as formal dress on Open Table got it wrong.

I ordered the Not Your Ordinary Shrimp & Grits with broccoli and a breadstick for takeout and it was all so good! I could taste the cajun seasoning throughout the shrimp and grits! I enjoyed the broccoli and breadstick too! I highly recommend getting some good dinner from here!

Outstanding! We were driving across Louisiana and stopped there for lunch. Definitely worth getting off the interstate and driving a couple of miles. I had Mason's Plate - jumbo shrimp on etoufee. My wife enjoyed spinach artichoke dip in a boule with tortilla chips. Others at our table had Mason Burger, grilled chicken, and onion rings. All were excellent. The coup de grace was homemade cheesecake. Lightest, fluffiest cheesecake I've ever had. Topped with strawberries or caramel pecan turtle. Delicious! Our server (Lydia) took care of every desire. Service was great! We don't go through Baton Rouge often, but when we do, we will definitely return to Mason's Grill!

My husband and I discovered Mason’s Grill about a month before we moved away. The food and drinks are great, live music on Wednesdays and it is good! The owner personally comes around and makes sure you’re having a good time and enjoying the food when he is there, which is a lot! Special shout out to Samantha and Riley, they are so much fun to talk to if you’re sitting up at the bar.

Their staff has a synergy that was all but lost. A genuine team approach and execution. There is absolutely nothing I can critique. The staff is very well trained and accommodating. The cuisine is, without question, always fresh and very well prepared.

The owners are sincere. Sincere through action..which is very rare. Two of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever met.

One of the best locally owned restaurants in Baton Rouge. This place never disappoints. Tabby greeted me with such hospitality ! Their food, drinks and service are outstanding. Riley is the BEST bartender and Rober is very friendly and personable. Their burgers are delish, but try them “blackened” and make sure you catch a brunch. The vibe is unbeatable.

Ms. Sloan was our waitress, she is so sweet and attentive and she is very familiar with the menu and was able to help us decide on our meal which was AMAZING ! Thank you Ms. Sloan! We will be back
