Honestly haven’t tried the food yet but the service was terrible, nobody wanted to take my order and the lady had an attitude as soon as I walked in. First she asked somebody else if they wanted to take my order, hopefully the food makes up for it.

I usually love a good McAllister's trip. I was excited to come to this locations since the one on Siegan is gone now. But the service was just terrible. No one was sitting, I was 3rd in line and the worker taking orders was no where to be seen. Couple minutes later she takes our orders. In the middle of taking my order, grabs a mop from the back and mops behind the counter. I waited 5 10 minutes for my order..when there was no one eating in the lobby. The customer behind me got her order before me. Also, the parking lot only has 8 regular parking spots dedicated to McAllister customers, 3 of which the employees take up.
Food was good though.

The Food was amazing as always. I would like to thank Mark, the of the Baton Rouge store for honoring the complimentary meal cards for the McAlister's Deli in Metairie. All the franchises in Metairie Mandeville and Slidell all closed, and it was not the responsibility of a different franchise to honor those meal cards. Thank you very much

Ordered 3 grilled chicken clubs, I get home and there's not a single chicken club in sight. There was literally no one in line aside from me, I try to to be mindful of service workers because I know it's a tough job but come on. And the bread was crusty/stale as h3ll. Whoever owns this place clearly does not care whether they succeed or not.

I'm glad McAllister is back. They have the best stuffed potatoes. I get the loaded potato and the wife gets just plain with loads of butter. The staff is always nice, accommodating and jovial. This is a place we will return to as long as they are open for business.
Guy making my sandwich was awesome. The cashier seemed like she'd rather be someplace else.

I was having trouble with the app and online ordering for a group of 20 and called the store for assistance. I spoke with LaToya and told her I just needed an assortment of sandwiches ASAP. I was in a pinch and told her I needed to pick it all up in 45 minutes and she made it happen for me and the order was perfect. Everyone was happy and the food was delicious, I will definitely be coming back and hopefully I get to thank her again.

First time ever coming to a McAlister's wanting to try something new. Literally waited in line for 30 minutes and still told me to keep waiting. Seemed severally understaffed. A line started to appear behind me from people wanting to order. The chef in the kitchen knew about the urgency to get the food out yet went like 1mph making each sandwich. Ended up just leaving

I'll have to say that I have been here on numerous occasions. The wait is not preferred, but a 10 minute wait is usually worth it for the sandwich I receive. On my latest visit I learned something that really rubbed me the wrong way. After I paid for my meal, the sweet lady who checked me out, informed me that if you tip via card (the machine asks for a tip before you can get your receipt) that it does not actually find its way into the servers pocket. This really made me look at the management in a different way.
