Horrible experience. I tried to order at the front register, and I gave the staff my mobile order coupon code. It took three of them to even make the computer work and instead of taking my order they checked me out for 1 small coffee and wasted my 20% off coupon code. They did not make it right and I walked out. No food. I will not be returning to these knuckleheads.

This is by far my least favorite McDonald’s in the city of Baton Rouge specifically during breakfast hours. Over the last year I have had easily over 10 terrible experiences with ordering thru the app, making it to the location only to find that A. They don’t have the items which in my opinion should be placed as unavailable inside of the app if you have that knowledge… or B. Making it there between 10 and 10:20 and being told “oh we preparing for lunch” as if that’s the customers problem that you choose to start shutting stuff down earlier than you should. There are some nice people that work here however the day-to-day operations is all wrong.

If i could give a negative review i would. This location treats people very rudely. They think they are beyond supervision. I provided my app code and asked if she got the code, she didn’t respond and asked what I want to order. I asked again and she didn’t care to respond to my question and instead said i asked you what do you want to order. She kept being rude and by the time I reached the window to get food they asked me to pay. All this time i was trying to make sure they have the code so the payment will go through the app. The stuff here is awful, treat the customers horribly and they think they are doing the customer a favor. Why does the customers have to face such rude behavior when they are paying for their food? The administration must share the same responsibility since they don’t care to train their employees how to behave properly with customers.

It's a solid mcdonalds location. Never had a major issue with them. I found it weird they remodeled. But didn't switch out the booth seats. There trashy and tacky.

By far my favorite McDonald’s. They have the best prices and the food is always good, for a McDonald’s, and the order is always right. It’s about 20 minutes out from where I’m at but I am always willing to make the driver just because it’s superior to any other one near me.
